The designed building "Sports Building with a Hall" is located on a site with a calm relief, with a slight slope to the west. The main facade of the building is directed west.

Plot plan with designed in accordance with SNiPa 2.07.01 - 89 *. Near the building is a parking lot. On the territory of the sports hall there is: a basketball court, a tennis court. For the convenience of transport access, asphalt roads 6 m and 3 m wide are made. The territory of the plan is landscaped with deciduous trees, shrubs, and lawns are also made. The parking lot is located in the southern part and is separated from the sports ground by a roadway.
