Shopping mall building

The space-planning structure of the shopping center is of the hall type. It is built on the subordination of a relatively small number of auxiliary rooms to the main hall, which determines the functional purpose of the building as a whole.

Overall dimensions in the plan:

• in axes 1-8 - 36000 mm.
• in axes A-K - 45000 mm.

 The building is two-storey with a ground floor height of 4.2 meters. The total height of the building from the ground to the top of the skylight is 12.3 m.

The designed building provides an auto service center for car maintenance. This part of the building is one-storey with a height of 9.3m. 

Overall dimensions in the plan:

• in axes 8-10 - 12000 mm.
• in A-I axes - 42000 mm.

The entrance to the trade and exhibition center is through the vestibule, due to the increased requirements for thermal insulation in this climatic area. 

Communication between floors is carried out by stairs and escalators. For the safety of escape routes, the stairs are located in closed volumes - stairwells, the structure of which is made of non-combustible material (bricks). The stairs have natural side lighting.

The structural scheme of the building is frame. The main spans of the load-bearing structures are 6 m, which ensures the effective and rational placement of premises and the arrangement of equipment. Grid of columns in axes 2-3 and 6-7 3.0x6.0m; in axes 1-2 and 7-10 6.0x6.0m and in axes 3-6 6.0x9.0m.

The foundations are free-standing monolithic for columns. 

The columns are metal with a circular cross-section.

Beams for the ceiling are metal T-sections.

The ceiling in the building is of the beam type made of monolithic reinforced concrete on corrugated sheeting.

In the designed building, we accept a structural coating, with spatial-lattice structures, of the "Kislovodsk" type. The coverings consist of sections with a plan size of 30x30 m and a grid of columns of 18x18 m.

Exterior walls are three-layer sandwich panels  MP-TSP-S-120-1200-T-G-MV. 

Internal walls and partitions - ceramic brick masonry according to GOST 530-2007 , 250x120x65mm and foam block masonry 100x250x600.
