Description

The diploma project was developed for the construction of a shopping and office center.

The shopping and office center has an axis size of 44.55x48.34m, the height of the building has different number of storeys. The height of the floor is 4.8, 3.3 m, the building area is 2185 m2.

The structural system of the designed building can be referred to as a frame system, in which the walls are located along the periphery, and the frame posts are located inside the building.

The frame is monolithic reinforced concrete with monolithic floors. The main requirement for the load-bearing frame of the building is to ensure the spatial rigidity and stability of the building. The overall stability and rigidity of the frame is ensured by the joint operation of frames, horizontal floor discs and vertical stiffening diaphragms. The frame consists of monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a cross-section of 400x400 mm and flat floor discs rigidly connected to it within each floor, consisting of monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs with a thickness of 200 mm.

The walls in the building are self-supporting, they transfer the vertical load to the zero cycle structures, and the horizontal ones to the frame columns.

Foundations

On the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out in the construction area, it was established that the foundation of the foundations is solid clay.

Due to the large mass and size of the monolithic reinforced concrete foundations, monolithic glass-type foundations were designed for the columns in the building. The depth of the cup-type foundations is -4700 mm. Cup-type foundations are made of C25/30 beto-n and reinforced with reinforcement meshes and frames. The top of the cup part of the foundations up to the horizontal waterproofing mark is made of C16/20 concrete.

The frame consists of monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a cross-section of 400x400. The columns are installed in monolithic glass-type  foundations and rigidly monolithic in them.

Through stiffening diaphragms are formed by filling the frame with walls made of reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 140 mm, located in the plane of the frames. They are installed at the entire height of the building, starting from the monolithic strip foundation located under them. The stiffening diaphragms are aligned with the walls of the stairwell. For fastening to the binding columns, the stiffeners have embedded elements that are welded together.

The staircase in the building is a monolithic staircase, a two-flight staircase with the same number of steps in the flights.

The roof in the designed building is flat, breathable, made of fused roll carpet. The central load-bearing beam is welded from two channels and rests on the columns of the building. Metal rafter legs made of channel steel with a pitch of 950 mm rest on the load-bearing beam. On top of the rafter legs, a batten with a sha-g of 2100 mm is laid, welded from two channels.

The walls are made of gas silicate blocks lined with ceramic bricks. The walls are plastered on both sides with lime-sand mortar and painted on the outside with acrylic paints.
