Shell and tube refrigerator

1. The "Intermediate Cooler" or "Shell-and-Tube Cooler" is subject to the regulations of the State Technical Supervision Authority (GOST).

2. The requirements of GOST 31842-2012 "Oil and Gas Industry. Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers. Technical Requirements" must be met during manufacture, testing, and delivery of the unit.

3. The unit components are made of grade 20k steel (GOST 5520-79). Gasket material is PON-1 paronite (GOST 481-80).

4. The unit is tested for strength and tightness hydraulically under pressure: a) intertube space - 0.9 MPa; b) tube space - 0.6 MPa.

5. Welded joints must comply with the requirements of OST 26-01-82-77 "Welding in Chemical Engineering."

6. 100% of welds are to be inspected by X-ray.
