Paper
The purpose of the course design is to design and calculate a self-balance oscillator with unbalances, namely, to calculate the strength of the oscillator shaft taking into account static and dynamic loads. The result of the course project is a calculation explanatory note - 30 sheets, and the graphic part - 3 sheets of A1 format: a general view of a self-balance oscillator, a general view of unbalances with attachment elements and detailing.
Self-balance oscillators with unbalances rotating around one horizontal axis are used in the grain processing industry - these are enterprises of the elevator storage and mill.
They are used in the ZA40 grain cleaning unit and the VO-50 grinder, as well as in grain cleaning machines manufactured by Buehler (Switzerland), Sagent (Sweden) and Miag (Germany).
The disadvantage of the design is the difficulty of accurately installing bevel gears. With slight distortions, the gears wear out quickly.
Introduction
In order to accelerate scientific and technological progress, it is necessary to focus only on the modernization of production, which is accompanied by the introduction of the most advanced technology and gives the highest economic and social effect. In Russia, for the next five years, preference is given to non-large bakery enterprises in complex with confectionery, dry, lamb or pasta production. These enterprises should be designed for two-shift operation .
The number of bakeries of high capacity (100 tons/day or more) is limited. They will produce bread mainly of mass sorts. The introduction of low-capacity bakeries (12.5 tons/day) for the manufacture of bakery, custard varieties of bread, food, diet and confectionery products will continue. To sell the products in fresh form, a store is provided at each workshop.
New capacities are expected to be introduced mainly as a result of the expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises (7580% of the commissioned capacities). The share of new construction is 20-25 %.
Thus, the construction of new ones, expansion, technical re-armament and reconstruction of existing enterprises are one of the most important tasks in the development of the bakery industry.
The terms of technical re-equipment of the bakery industry will be determined by the terms and quality of the projects, which, in turn, depend on the terms of construction and commissioning of production facilities and technical and economic indicators of the enterprise. At the present stage, these problems can be solved only by specially trained people.
4. Description of self-balance oscillator with unbalances rotating around one horizontal axis
4.1. Purpose and Scope
Classification of bulk materials by size is one of the common operations in various industries. As a rule, it is required to divide the starting materials into 2-3 fractions with particle size from several tens of micrometers to several millimeters with different productivity.
4.2. Design Description and Principle of Operation
The self-balance oscillator discussed in this course design has three unbalances rotating in a closed housing on one shaft. Centers of mass of unbalances are located in three planes perpendicular to axis of rotation. By turning the middle bevel gear around the horizontal axis, the position of the common center of mass of the unbalances can be changed and thus the direction of oscillation of the separating body can be changed. Position of axle around which gear wheel rotates is fixed by screw. The disadvantage of the design is the difficulty of accurately installing bevel gears. With slight distortions, the gears wear out quickly.
4.3. Technical characteristics
Number of shaft revolutions, rpm 240
Weight of the first unbalance, kg 5
Weight of the second unbalance, kg 3
Eccentricity to first unbalance, mm 130
Eccentricity to second unbalance, mm 160
Inertia force of the first unbalance, H 410
Second unbalance inertia force, H 302.8
Length 379
Width 342
Height 375
6. Installation, operation and repair
With insufficient or inept installation, unsatisfactory adjustment, well-designed and manufactured machines work poorly and often fail. The poor quality of installation work can be the cause of tremors and jerks during the operation of machines, which cause a decrease in working speeds, increased wear and tear and frequent repair.
During the installation of the self-balance oscillator, rotating parts are necessarily checked: unbalances, drum, shaft, which must be balanced at the manufacturer. Balancing is considered performed in the absence of blows, knocks, tremors.
After installation, the self-balance oscillator is tested and tested under load.
The installation process is divided into preparatory and actual installation periods.
Preparatory works are related to preparation for installation of the machine and include the following: shipment of machines to be installed, their unloading on the installation site, inspection and check of completeness of units and parts, as well as partial fitting.
7. Occupational and environmental protection
Deformations of individual parts, assemblies and machine as a whole cause sound waves - noise, besides, intensity of this process depends on disturbing forces, elastic properties of materials used in machine, structure and its acoustic properties.
When acting on the body of general vibration, the nervous system and analyzers suffer primarily: vestibular, optic, tactile. Vibration is a specific stimulus for the vestibular analyzer.
Prolonged systematic exposure to vibration leads to the development of vibration disease, which is included in the list of occupational diseases. Persons exposed to environmental vibration are more likely to suffer from cardiovascular and nervous diseases, and usually present many complaints of a general somatic nature.
Therefore, the rules for working with vibration machines are established.
Only those persons who have studied the design of these machines and the rules for their operation can be allowed to service the vibration machines. The design of the enclosures shall fully comply with safety requirements. At the same time, these fences should not interfere with the maintenance personnel monitoring the operation of the machine. It is advisable to use mesh fences on a rigid frame.
Workers serving vibration machines must be wearing workwear corresponding to the work performed.
Maintenance of machines during their operation is completely excluded.
When processing dust materials, the reloading units and joints of the casing sections must have devices that eliminate the possibility of dust penetration into the workshop room.
Grounding devices and safe start-up devices shall be provided to protect against electric current.
Conclusion
For a long time, vibration was considered mainly as a harmful factor - the cause of breakdowns, accidents, as well as industrial diseases. And only at the beginning of the last century does a period of rapid development of vibration technology count, without which a number of important industries are now unthinkable: in mining and processing of minerals, food production, in chemical technology, in metallurgy, in the industry of building materials and in the construction of various structures. However, some examples of the use of vibration have been known since a very long time, when it was used in sieving loose materials, in construction work and even in medical practice.
Thus, the tasks set in my course design were completed, namely: the shaft was calculated for strength, and static and dynamic loads were calculated.
