Description

This design of the roller is installed on the steel structures of the lifting mechanism to guide the cable (steel rope). The cable enters the roller groove (pos. 3 and the envelope at a certain angle. The roller rotates freely on the axis pos. 5, which is fixedly attached to the yokes of fork pos. 2 with bar (pos. 7 entering the slot of the axle. Bar pos, 7 is connected to fork pos. 2 with screws, pos. 10. To reduce friction during roller rotation into threaded hole of axis pos. 5a lubricant is installed, from which lubricant is supplied to friction surface through cylindrical channels. Fork pos. 2 is connected to the guide pos. 4 bolts, pos. 9 and nuts, pos. 12. Guide pos. 4with fork (pos. 2 is attached by bolts, pos. 8 and nuts, pos. 11 on bracket, pos. 1. Bolts pos. 8 and 9 can move along slots of parts pos. 1 and 2, which is necessary when adjusting the position of the roller.
