In this project, an economic calculation of the road plate production plant was made. Production capacity -35000 m3 per year.

In this exchange rate project, the main calculations required for the design of the plant were made, capital investments, profit, fund recovery, profitability and payback period were determined.

Introduction

The development of prefabricated reinforced concrete production is the first and main condition for the industrialization of construction. Currently, our country has created an industry of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures and products, which provides the possibility of its application in all areas of modern construction, including transport construction.

Currently and in the subsequent period of time, precast reinforced concrete will remain the main building material. The enormous scale and high pace of construction became possible due to the massive use of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. Further industrialization of construction is associated with the expansion of factory production of products and structures from prefabricated reinforced concrete and the creation of enterprises with advanced technology, mechanization and automation of production.

The fundamental improvement of technologies for the production of reinforced concrete and concrete structures can be carried out by introducing new modern technological processes, high-performance and automated equipment (robots, manipulators, etc.); modern systems of quality control and control of finished products.

When developing the precast reinforced concrete industry, the tasks of environmental protection, labor protection, safety, rational use of mineral and other natural resources, as well as the widespread use of secondary products and industrial waste should be taken into account.

In operating conditions characterized by high loads on the axis of the rolling stock, high specific coating pressure, significant traffic intensity and high speeds, roads with high strength coatings and, in particular, cement concrete coatings of both monolithic and prefabricated elements are becoming increasingly important.

The use of prefabricated road surfaces ensures the industrialization of road construction, increases labor productivity, in some cases reduces cost and allows organizing year-round construction. Particularly promising is the use of prestressed slabs, which significantly reduce the consumption of basic materials and reduce the cost of construction.

In recent years, concrete pavements have firmly entered the practice of road construction of the Russian Federation. They are characterized by a number of positive qualities - strength, durability, comparative simplicity of operation, a high degree of mechanization of construction and a significant increase in labor productivity. All this ensures the further widespread distribution of this type of coverage on the main roads of Russia.
