Introduction

A new trend in Russia is mobile residential buildings. Mobile residential buildings came to us from the west, where the climate is much milder, and they do not need to build fundamental brick or panel houses. However, our engineers completed mobile homes, and now you can live in them fully all year round.

A mobile residential building is an all-metal capsule that is mechanically reinforced, that is, the body of a mobile residential building can be raised many times. The mobile residential building is decorated with special sandwich panels, in which there is an insulation from construction natural wool, the thickness of which reaches 250 mm (which will perfectly replace the masonry of 1.5 bricks). The floors of the mobile residential building are made of water-resistant plywood + sandwich panel + galvanized steel sheet. The design of the house is completely airtight, it is sheathed in foam, and on top it is sheathed, also with siding. The roof is made of scrap metal. From 5 to 10 plastic windows are put in such a house (depending on the area). This airtight design allows you to withstand severe frosts. Electric heating from inverter heaters, which together with the water heater take up to 5 kW of electricity.

Mobile residential building, not tied to one place, it can be transported an endless number of times .

Definitely, mobile residential buildings will occupy their niche. The market in Russia of such houses is not yet occupied.

In the course project, we are developing a residential mobile block for the North, as part of an expeditionary village.

2. Volume-planning solution

One-story residential block for 3 people has a complex in plan shape. The maximum overall dimensions are: 15, 25 m * 10, 18 m. Walls - wall sandwichpanel .

The mobile house is the intersection of spheres of different radii:

1.The main sphere with a radius of 3.0m, in which the following rooms are located:

• Relaxation room combined with kitchen-niche

• S/y

• Shower

• S/y with washbasin

1. 2 lateral spheres with a radius of 2.6m, in which are located:

• Living room for 3 persons (1st side sphere)

• Classroom (2nd side sphere)

3. The front sphere with a radius of 2.1 m, which is an input group with vestibules in which are located:

• Room for drying clothes and shoes

• Room for cleaning and ironing clothes

• Entrance hall
