Description
The reconstructed building is a two-section symmetrical brick five-story residential building with cross-bearing walls, without a basement. Floor height - 3 m. The size of the building in the plan before reconstruction is -64.8x12.6 m; after - 93.3x12.6m. The total number of apartments: one-room - 80, two-room - 10. The height of the building before reconstruction is 16.43 m; after reconstruction - 19 m. Structural diagram: residential building - arceless, with longitudinal and transverse bearing walls; attachments (domestic built-in rooms) - frame, consisting of transverse frames, which are formed by columns and load-bearing structures of the coating, as well as from longitudinal elements: foundation and crane beams, coating plates. According to the planning structure, the building has a cell system. Evacuation from the floors of the building is provided by stairs in axes 5-6, V-G and in axes 13-14, V-G.
