An eight-story frame building with a basement floor has dimensions in plan 28.8 × 108 m and a grid of a column 7.2 × 6 m. The height of the floor is 3 m. We accept hinged wall panels made of light concrete, at the ends of the building they are frozen together with the end frames, forming vertical connecting diaphragms. Basement walls made of concrete blocks.

The girders of the transverse frames are three-span, on the supports rigidly connected to the extreme and middle columns. Slabs are pre-stressed, 1400 mm wide; binding plates are placed in rows of columns; boardwalk plates are supported by girders and supporting steel tables provided on extreme columns.

In the longitudinal direction, the rigidity of the building is provided by vertical connections installed in one average span for each row of columns. In the transverse direction, the rigidity of the building is also provided by a connected system: the wind load through floors working as horizontal hard disks is transferred to the end walls that perform the functions of vertical connected diaphragms.
