Description

Truss is a system of rods connected to each other in units and forming a geometrically unchanged structure. With a knot load, the stiffness of the units does not significantly affect the operation of the structure, and in most cases they can be considered hinged. In this case, all truss rods experience only tensile or compressive axial forces.

Trusses are manufactured in accordance with GOST 20213-89

Rafter and substructure trusses are designed for covering buildings with a span of 6.9,12,18 and 24 m.

Trusses are produced from high-strength concretes of classes B30 - B60 with high content of reinforcement in belts. This reduces the cross-sectional dimensions of the elements and reduces the mass of the truss. The lower belt is made pre-stressed and reinforced with rod reinforcement of classes A - IV AT - V, high-strength wire Bp - II, reinforcement ropes K7 or K19 with tension on the bench stops. To prevent the occurrence of longitudinal cracks that may occur for technological reasons, the stressed reinforcement is bordered by light wire frames with a diameter of 5... 6 mm. The length of the frames is taken no more than 2... 3 m, so that they do not prevent the uniform reduction of the lower belt. The upper belt is reinforced with welded frames from class A - III reinforcement.
