Description
The project is a complete design and calculation documentation for a high-pressure radial piston pump designed to supply diesel fuel to hydraulic systems of test benches and other industrial equipment.
Design Description:
The design is based on the principle of converting the rotational motion of the eccentric shaft into the reciprocating motion of five radially located plungers. This ensures the supply of working fluid under high pressure. To ensure durability and reliability under high loads, the body parts (housing, cylinder block) are made of high-strength cast iron grades VCh35 and VCh60. The most loaded elements, such as the distribution disk and shaft, are made of alloy steel 40X with subsequent heat treatment to achieve high hardness and wear resistance.

Explanatory note with a detailed description of the device, operating principle and strength calculations of key components (piston, shaft, end distributor).
The project contains all the necessary data for the manufacture, assembly and operation of the pump and can be used as a basis for real production or for educational purposes.
