1.1. Project Section "System Automation System. Engineering Systems Dispatching "includes the following subsections:

• Automation and dispatching of engineering systems of the complex - ASDU IR;

• Control of engineering systems in case of fire - ULIC;

• Automatic fire fighting and fire water supply;

• Automation and dispatching of autonomous residential air conditioners.

1.2. Subsections of the project are developed on the basis of:

• contracts ____;

• approved "Private technical assignment for the development of the project on the automation and dispatching of engineering systems of a residential complex at the address: Moscow Region, Odincovskiy District, Novoivanovsky Village, Zarechye District";

• approved "Special Technical Conditions for Ensuring Fire Safety" of the residential complex developed by LLC "Fire Safety and Construction";

• architectural and planning decisions made;

• adopted technical solutions and technological tasks for system organization:

- general ventilation and air conditioning;

- heat supply;

- cold supply;

- water supply and sewerage;

- power supply and electrical lighting;

- smoke ventilation;

- fire alarm;

- sprinkler fire fighting and fire water supply;

- independent air conditioner systems (VRVs).

1.3. When developing the section, the requirements of the following regulatory documents are taken into account:

1.4. Characteristics of the object.

The residential complex includes:

• 6kt of detached residential buildings :

- building 1 - "Premiumclass" 8-9-storey 6-section;

- buildings 2,3,4,5 - "Businessesclass" 7-9-storey single-section;

- building 6 - "Business Class" 9-storey 5-section;

• 7-storey Public block attached to the end of building 1 (building 7);

• Two-storey underground parking lot for 886 cars, located under all buildings;

• Checkpoint at the main entrance to the compound;

• sewage pumping station (LPS) of stormwater;

• 2nd drain pump stations;

• Stormwater treatment facilities.

Residential buildings house apartments, lobby groups of residential sections, storerooms of residents, public premises, partially on the top floor there are technical rooms.

The public block provides for the accommodation of HOA premises and operation services, as well as FOK premises - sports halls, a pool with auxiliary rooms, circle, SPA premises, a cafe for 50 seats.

2. Engineering systems to be automated and dispatched.

The section of ASDU IR design covers the following equipment of the facility engineering systems:

• general ventilation system (equipment of each structural part of the designed object is assigned an index: for housings 1... 6 -, indexes "1" "... 6" respectively; for the public block - index "O," for parking - index "A"; for CAT, the index was not assigned) as part of:

• external housing units 4 - only 18 pcs.;

• external housing units 5 - 18 pcs in total;

• external units of housing 6 - total 85 pcs.
