Project of the House of Culture for 90 seats - village club and library

1. Architectural - planning solutions

The projected building of the village club is one-storey, rectangular in plan with dimensions in the axes of 15.0x24.45 m, the height of the room in the auditorium is 3.6 m, the rest are 3.0 m.

On the ground floor there are: an auditorium, a bandstand, a decoration warehouse, an artistic one, a room for cleaning equipment, a bathroom for groups with limited mobility, a ventilation chamber, a book storage fund, a library-reading room, a manager's office, a vestibule, a cash register, a room for technical staff, a wardrobe, a buffet, a pre-workout room, an electrical switchboard, bathrooms, a lobby-foei, a corridor.

5. Constructive solutions.

The building of the village club is solved with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing brick walls with  

inclusion of monolithic reinforced concrete frames and cores.

Foundations - strip, monolithic, made of concrete class B15 and columnar under monolithic racks  

frames made of concrete class B15..

Walls and partitions are thick. 380mm and 120mm respectively - made of bricks of the brand KR-r-po (KR-l-po)  

250х120х65 1NF/200/2.0/50 GOST 530-2012 on cement-sand mortar grade M50 with  

special additives that increase the adhesion of the mortar to the brick.

Lintels - reinforced concrete monolithic from concrete class B15.

Coating - round-hollow reinforced concrete slabs, as well as monolithic areas of concrete class  

Q15.

The attic is cold, ventilated.

The roof is gabled  of metal tiles on a wooden crate and rafters, with an  external

disorganized drainage.

Insulation - mineral wool plates with a volumetric weight of 200 kg/m3.

Floors - ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware with a grooved surface, planks, concrete on sulfur.

Doors - wooden according to  the current GOSTs

Windows, stained-glass windows - metal-plastic by individual order.

Interior decoration - improved plaster, leveling layer with a mixture of "Alinex" c  

subsequent water-based coloring.  

Ceiling  - alignment with cement-lime mortar followed by lime painting,  

leveling layer with a mixture of "Alinex" with subsequent water-based coloring.  

Porch and ramp - monolithic reinforced concrete covered with porcelain stoneware and lined with ceramic tiles.

Blind - asphalt concrete width of 2000 mm on a compacted base.

Wall insulation and exterior finishing - plaster from dry building mixture "Skaver"  

(vermiculite), followed by finishing with liquid travertine.  

The plinth is lined with ceramic scarves.
