Description
In this final qualification work, a project of a specialized enterprise "Pelmeny" for 30 seats in the city of Blagoveshchensk of the Republic of Bashkortostan on Demyan Poor Street on the ground floor in a rented enterprise shopping complex was developed. The goals and tasks of the work are fulfilled. The location of the restaurant is selected subject to environmental, sanitary and hygienic and fire protection requirements. The activities of the enterprise are aimed at providing catering services for middle-income people.
