The designed nine-story brick residential building is supposed to be located in the city of Ufa. The house is designed for 54 one-room apartments and 18 two-room apartments. The height of the typical floor is 3.0 m. The height of the attic room is 1.7 m· The building area is 428.14 m2. (the building area is defined as the area of horizontal section along the external stroke of the building at the base level, including protruding parts) · The building volume of the building is 19298.19 m3 (the building volume of the building is determined as the sum of the construction volume above the elevation ± 0.00 and below this elevation) · Total building area -5252.59 m2 (total building area is defined as the sum of the areas of all floors, including technical, attic, basement) · Usable area of the building - 4526.02 m2 (usable area of the building is determined as the sum of the areas of all rooms placed in it, as well as balconies and entresoles in the halls, foyer, etc., with the exception of staircases, elevator shafts, internal open stairs and ramps)· Residential area of the building - 1487.88 m2
