Dwelling and man, dwelling for man.... This topic concerns everyone. It is eternal and will not lose its relevance while a person lives, it is always new, although it is rooted in the deepest antiquity. What gives it novelty and relevance?

The person - "Homosapiens" - has not changed fundamentally over the past tens of thousands of years. That's what modern science says. But that's only true of human biology. His consciousness and psyche have changed and continue to change. Man adapts to new conditions, which to a greater extent he creates himself.

Under the influence of new social conditions and material capabilities of people, under the influence of developing technology and scientific and technological progress, the person's perceptions of his or her home, his or her assessment in terms of comfort and satisfaction with a particular decision, change. They affect housing and its assessment and the way of life of a person, his social situation, place of residence, natural and climatic conditions, and national everyday traditions.

It is not difficult to imagine a person rejoicing in moving to a new, well-cut hut with a Russian stove, lightsaber and farm buildings. The townspeople who received an apartment in the 50s and 60s, albeit small and even with a passage to the kitchen through the living room, with a room height of 2.5 m, also felt no less joy, because these townspeople moved from "communal apartments," which very often did not even have basic amenities, to separate landscaped apartments.

One of the urgent issues of the housing problem is the formation of an ecological housing that harmonizes with human needs and the environment, a housing of high quality, the structure of which is located

in accordance with human interests, with the social structure of society, with the requirements of the natural and urban environment.

The relevance of the issue is due to the tense environmental situation in cities, the need to protect people in buildings from additional internal harmful chemical and physical impacts arising from the use of poor-quality building materials, insufficient ventilation and other reasons.

The concept of "environmentally friendly" is very close to the concepts of "healthy," "hygienically full" housing. This proximity is based on human needs - physiological, psychological, social.

The main part of the requirements for environmentally friendly housing is formulated by hygiene. However, it is possible to conditionally distinguish aspects of the ecology of the dwelling, which are in indirect rather than in direct connection with hygienic science. These include, for example, the use of renewable energy sources in the construction of dwellings, the aesthetic aspects of the connection of dwellings with the urban environment and with nature, the bionic aspects of architecture, etc.

The theme of this coursework is the design of a residential multi-storey building. It is also necessary to design a residential neighborhood in which this building is located.

General characteristics of the building

The building is designed according to SNiP 31012003 .

The number of floors is 16.

The building is designed for permanent residence of people.

The building is intended for construction in the city of Moscow.

In terms of fire resistance, the building belongs to class II;

In terms of durability, the building belongs to class II;

By capital, the building belongs to class II.

The basement and attic are designed into the building.

To provide easy access to the upper floors, passenger and freight elevators are provided, as well as two marching stairs. They also serve as escape routes.

On the ground floor there is one one-room, one two-room and two three-room apartments.

On the typical floor: two two-room, one three-room and one four-room apartments.

External walls are made as a multi-layer structure.

The foundation of the building is provided with prefabricated tape. Slabs as prefabricated flat reinforced concrete slabs per room.

The designed building is intended for construction in the city of Moscow.

The building area in shape is a rectangle. The building is located in a residential area where infrastructure is developed. Nearby are: comprehensive schools, a kindergarten, a playground, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a football court, a shopping complex, a pharmacy, an entertainment complex, a consumer service enterprise, a library, an exhibition hall, a clinic, garages - parking lots for permanent storage of cars, residential buildings.

The proximity of the highway, as well as organized access roads to all buildings in the district, make the movement of cars convenient and safe. Asphalt paving paths (1.5 m) are provided for pedestrians. The area is well landscaped: trees are planted between the road and the buildings, which makes the air clean.

Around the house there is a pavement with a width of 1000 mm, a slope of i = 3%.

On the building site, contours are marked that show a calm terrain, and a geodetic grid for splitting the building. At the corners of the building: in the numerator of the elevation of the existing terrain, in the denominator the design elevation and elevations in the geodetic grid.

For elevation 0.000 the level of clean floor of 1 floor corresponding to absolute elevation equal to 132.85 is accepted.

In accordance with the prevailing winds in winter, the building is oriented relative to the sides of the world. Facade in axes 1-9 to the west, in axes A-L to the north, in axes G-R to the south.

Also, the orientation of the building is made taking into account the amount of solar radiation.

Engineering equipment

Central heating is provided in the designed building, radiators are installed in each room of the apartment.

Water supply and sewerage are centralized.

Electricity is also centralized. Wiring is laid in channels of wall panels. Kitchens are equipped with electric stoves.

The method of laying pipelines on the building is open.

For quick and easy access to the upper floors of the building, two passenger and passenger elevators are provided - with a carrying capacity of 400 kg, respectively

and 1000 kg.
