Introduction:
An important place in the training of road transport engineers is occupied by course design, which provides for the independent solution of tasks based on the values obtained during the training period.
During the course design, the issues of technology, design, economics and planning of STOA are solved.
The level of technical readiness of motor vehicles, the amount of material costs for their maintenance is significantly influenced by the methods of designing new road transport facilities, as well as the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises.
Engineers should be able to creatively approach the design of enterprises and stations, know well the technology, rules and operating conditions, issues of process theory.
Reducing the labor intensity of work, equipping workplaces and posts with high-performance equipment should be considered as one of the main areas of the technical process when creating and reconstructing motor transport enterprises.
Expansion and technical re-equipment provide the ability to increase capacity in a shorter time frame and with less capital investment.
One of the main factors determining the power, size and type of STO (specialized, universal) is the number of trips to the STO, which depends on a large number of random factors and is probabilistic in nature. The formation of the number of races and the volume of work at city stations is influenced by: the number of cars in the city; annual pro-run and fleet condition; operating conditions; quantity and total capacity of STOA; location in the city and much more.
The number of cars per 1000 people in Russia (about 200 units) is still small compared to economically developed countries (500700 units). However, the revival and development of the country's economy and the increase in the well-being of the population can lead to a rapid increase in the number of cars and, accordingly, an increase in the need for STOA services. The average annual mileage of privately used cars also increases regularly. On average in Russia, they today amount to 16.5 thousand km. Currently, an active development of the network of car maintenance stations is underway, in the future its further expansion is expected.
3. stoa layout.
The production part of the designed STOA building is one-story. The administrative part of the building is also one-story. It houses client, offices and a store for the sale of spare parts and storage facilities.
The reception and issuance post adjoins the administrative part of the building and has an entrance to the client room, which is very convenient for milking visitors.
The territory of the STOA is isolated from urban transport and pedestrians by a fence that surrounds it around the perimeter.
The development area of the STOA territory is 50% of the total area of the station. On the territory of the STOA, in addition to the main building of the station, there are treatment plants, a car sales store, a parking lot for sold cars (36 seats), and a parking lot for ready-to-issue cars. Outside the station there is a parking lot for station personnel cars.
In order to regulate traffic at the station, traffic signs are installed, as well as the necessary signs on the road surface in accordance with existing rules, including horizontal and vertical markings.
Inside the station, good visibility is provided, especially on the inner arc of turns. Vegetation planted along the road at a distance of at least 25 cm from the roadway.
