Description

Raw water comes from the water supply with a head of 30-40 m of water. If the raw water head is insufficient, raw water pumps 5 shall be installed. Raw water is heated in the continuous blowdown cooler from steam boilers 11 and in the steam-water heater of raw water 12 to a temperature of 20-30 ° C. The water then passes through the water treatment unit (PWU) and part of it is directed to the chemically purified water preheater 73 of this stream (part passes through the deaerator 4 evaporator cooler) and enters the head of the feed water deaerator 2. Condensate and steam flows after RPA (17) with pressure of 1.5 kgf/cm2 for deaerated water heating to 104 ° С are also directed to this deaerator. Deaerated water is supplied by feed pumps 6 to steam boiler water economizers and to RP cooler. Part of the steam produced by the boilers is reduced in the RPA and spent for heating of raw water and deaeration. The second part of the chemically purified water flow is heated in the preheater 14, partially in the evaporator 4 and sent to the makeup water deaerator for heat networks 3. Since the temperature of the makeup water is usually below 100 ° C, the water after this deaerator passes the water-to-water heat exchanger 14 and heats the chemically purified water. The makeup pump 7 supplies water to the pipeline upstream of the network pumps 8, which pump the network water first through the condensate cooler 15 and then through the network water heater 16, from where the water flows to the heat networks. The makeup water deaerator 3 also uses low pressure steam. 1 - steam boiler; 2 - feedwater deaerator; 3 - makeup water deaerator; 4 - evaporator cooler; 5 - raw water pump; 6 - feed pump; 7 - make-up pump; 8 - mains pump; 9 - condensate pump; 10 - condensate tank; 11 - blowdown water cooler; 12 - raw water heater; 13 - chemically purified water heater; 14 - makeup water cooler; 15 - condensate cooler; 16 - mains water heater; 17 - ROP; 18 - continuous blowdown separator. With a closed heat supply system, the water consumption for making up heating networks is usually insignificant. In this case, quite often there is no separate deaerator for the preparation of make-up water of heat networks, but a steam boiler feed water deaerator is used. The given thermal diagrams of boiler houses with steam boilers (Fig.) provide for the use of heat of continuous blowdown of steam boilers. For this purpose, a continuous blowdown separator 18 is installed, in which water is partially evaporated due to a decrease in its pressure from 14 to 1.5 kgf/cm2. The generated steam is withdrawn to the steam space of the deaerator, the hot water is directed to the water heater of the raw water 11. The cooled purge water is discharged to the purge well. Sometimes they provide for the supply of purge water to make up closed heating networks. Feed of heat networks with blowdown water is allowed only when the total stiffness of the network water does not exceed 0.05 mg - eq/kg. The main thermal diagrams of boiler houses with steam boilers and separate steam-water heaters for open heat supply systems differ from the given thermal diagram of a steam boiler house with a closed system only by installing an additional deaerator for deaeration of make-up water of heat networks and installing storage tanks. In all cases, it is recommended to direct condensate from steam-water heaters under the pressure of heating steam directly to the feedwater deaerator of steam boilers 2, bypassing condensate tanks 10 and pumps 9. During operation of the steam boiler house, atmospheric deaerators are usually installed on open heat supply systems for deaeration of make-up water. Use of steam boiler blowdown water as makeup water for open heat supply systems is not permitted
