Description
Turbine is calculated for operation on the following basic parameters:
pressure of the hot steam before the stop valve and HPC - 240 kgf / cm²;
temperature of the hot steam before the stop valve - HPC-560 ° C;
pressure on the HPC exhaust at a nominal power of 34.9 kgf / cm², maximum pressure - 41.7 kgf / cm²;
steam temperature at the outlet of the HPC at the nominal power - 289 o C;
steam pressure before the stop valve TsSD-32.4 kgf / cm², maximum pressure - 36.6 kgf / cm²;
steam temperature before the stop valve and the central heating valve after preheating - 560 ° C;
Regenerative system of the turbine is intended for heating the main fuel oil and feed water with steam from the exhaust of the turbine. The regeneration system consists of four low-pressure heaters (two of them are mixing type), a deaerator and three high-pressure heaters. Drainage of drainage from high-pressure heaters (HPH) - kackadny (without using drain pumps) into the deaerator; from low-pressure heaters (LPH) - kackadno to LPH - 2.
The steam from the intermediate seals goes into the hot-water refrigerator (CX), and from the end seals into the hot-water heater (PC), which provides the perfect To recover the loss of the kondensate in the kondensat collector, there is a supply of chemistry and purified water from the CVO.
