1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

1.1 Filling and filtering station of APO-40 type (hereinafter referred to as station) is intended for filling and filtration of hydraulic oil into the hydraulic tank or from the hydraulic tank during cleaning of the system.

1.2 The station operates on mineral oils, not coarser than according to ISO 19/16 (GOST 17216-71 class 14) with kinematic viscosity from 15 to 100 mm2/s (at temperature 400C, ISOVG 15-100), oil temperature from + 10 to + 550C.

2. MAIN TECHNICAL DATA AND CHARACTERISTICS

2.1 Basic technical parameters of the station when operating on pure mineral oil

viscosity 46 mm2/s and oil temperature from + 45 to + 500С must correspond to

data specified in Table 2.1

The electric motor used corresponds to GOST 19523-81.

4. INDICATIONS OF SAFETY MEASURES

4.1 Operate the station in accordance with fire safety rules and requirements of GOST 12.2.009-80, GOST 12.2.040-79, GOST 12.2.086-83.

4.2 Personnel are allowed to service the station after familiarization with this operating manual.

4.3 Before starting the station check reliability of grounding, attachment of units and swivel nuts of pipes.

4.4 If faults are detected, stop the station immediately. Restarting is permitted only after troubleshooting.

5.2 Description of the station operation.

Oil is supplied from the pump through the filter to the hydraulic tank.

6. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

6.1 Installation.

Install the station on a flat platform near the machine or other machine being serviced.

7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION.

7.1 Use the station for filling of hydraulic tanks and units operating on hydraulic oil of the same grade.

ATTENTION! Mixing of different grades of hydraulic oils is not allowed.

7.2 To change to another grade of hydraulic oil, drain oil from the chambers of hoses, hydraulic tank, filter, replace the filter element.
