Description
The part of the trunnion belongs to the class of shafts and is designed to transfer torque through the clutch from the engine to the screw. The workpiece can be obtained from both rolled stock and stamped. The part is a shaft in which diameters increase from one end to another. Part has 7 stages, some of which are connected by means of grooves. Neck with diameter of 70 mm, made in size of 38.5 mm with accuracy of 6, quality of part processing according to Ra 6.3 mcm parameter; a neck with a diameter of 64 mm, made in a size of 80 mm, with a precision of 7, surface treatment quality Ra 3.2 μm, a neck with a depth of 2 mm, part quality according to the parameter Ra 3.2 μm; neck with diameter of 55 mm is made in size of 26 mm, accuracy of 6, quality of part processing as per Ra parameter 0.80 mcm. On the trunnion there is a key slot for installation of prismatic keys. One of cylindrical surfaces has metric thread M45 with pitch of 1.5. Also on the trunnion there are grooves measuring 3 and 2 mm. On the shaft steps there are rounds with a size of R6, R2. Radial run-out of the part is equal to 0.02.
