Urban planning situation

The city of Cherepovets belongs to the IIB climatic region, the IV snowy and I wind in the northwestern part of Russia with normal humidity. The hostel is located in the Industrial District. The main facade of the designed house is oriented to the north-west, with a courtyard facade to the southeast. The development district has good transport accessibility and the presence of social infrastructure in the immediate vicinity: a sports center, preschool and secondary educational institutions, shopping facilities. The surrounding residential building is represented by modern multi-storey buildings.

1.1.1 Space planning solution

Brick building, 2 storeys

On the 1st floor there are 12 living rooms, on the 2nd floor 16 living rooms. In the center is a stairwell. The total area of ​ ​ the building is 324 m2.

1.2 Design Solutions

The structural diagram of the residential building is brickwork of the walls. The rigidity of the scheme is provided by the walls of the staircase with a thickness of 510 mm, columns and floors.

The foundation is designed in the form of a slab, 500 mm thick, on a pile base .

External walls and room partitions are made of bricks, 510 mm and 380 mm thick.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs designed to organize communication between the floors of the building.

Ventilation shafts are made of ordinary red brick.

Interior decoration of rooms

Finishing works are carried out after laying of utilities.

External walls and partitions are plastered with subsequent keying. In shower rooms, kitchen, toilet, linen, walls are lined with ceramic tiles.

The walls of the staircases are painted with acrylic paint. In the room of the electric panel and pump wall are painted with water emulsion paint to the entire height. The ceiling of all rooms is masked, followed by painting with water emulsion paint, lime whitewash is made in technical rooms. The bottom of the stairways and staircases is painted with water emulsion paint.

The floors in the rooms are made of cement cloth bracing, the floor is covered with linoleum. The floors in the staircases are made of ground concrete B25.

1.3 Heating and ventilation

The heating and ventilation design was carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 60.13330.2012 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning," SP 54.13330.2011 "Residential apartment buildings."

Heating

Heating devices are placed under light openings in places accessible for inspection, repair and cleaning. The length of the heating device must be at least 75% of the length of the light opening.

1.4 Drainage and sewage

1.4.1 Water supply

Water supply source of domestic drinking water supply, which is connected to external water supply networks with installation of shut-off valves.

The water supply is accepted from steel pressure pipes with a diameter of 100 mm.

A water metering unit with a bypass line and a cold water meter is provided to account for the water flow at the entrance to the building. Gate valve sealed in closed position is installed on bypass line of water metering unit.

Hot water supply from the water heater installed in the technical subpole.

The system of hot and cold water supply is centralized closed.

1.4.2 Sewerage

In accordance with the specifications of domestic sewage, the discharge of domestic sewage is provided for in the existing domestic sewage with a diameter of 500 mm. Before entering the sewage system, the effluents are cleaned. The sewage network is made of asbestos cement pipes with a diameter of 150 mm.

Rainwater from the roof of the building is drained through internal drains, into the storm sewer network. Hydraulic lock is installed before release. Gutters are connected to risers by means of compensating branch pipes.

Pipelines were installed in accordance with SP 73.13330.2012 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems."

1.5 Power supply

Power supply of the building is made from the existing power supply network. Supply and group mains are made by cables with copper cores in the shell that do not spread combustion, which are hidden through channels in the walls.

Lighting of footpaths and access roads of the building is provided by lamps. Lamps are installed on railway supports, 9.5 m high, Torscher type.

The power supply system is centralized. Electric energy of consumers is taken into account by meters.

1.6 Telephony

Telephonisation of the house is carried out by laying a transmission cable, through the existing and designed telephone sewage system from asbestos cement pipes with a diameter of 100mm, to the designed distribution cabinet from which the cable is laid to the building. Junction boxes are installed in the floor panels. Cables to them are laid in channels.

1.7 Measures to ensure the livelihood of persons with limited mobility and persons with disabilities

In accordance with paragraph 10 of part 12 of article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and in accordance with the requirements of the Committee for Social Protection of the Population of Cherepovets, it is necessary to ensure the accessibility, safety, comfort and information of the environment for persons with disabilities and low mobility groups.

The accessibility criterion includes the possibility of unhindered access to the territory of the residential yard, and directly to the residential building.

On the territory of the courtyard, parking is organized for individual transport of disabled people. Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are indicated by signs adopted according to GOST R522892004 "Technical means of traffic management. Rules for the application of road signs, markings, traffic lights, road fences and guiding devices. " Projected footpaths, sidewalks are made taking into account visits to disabled people and people with limited mobility. At the intersection of sidewalks with the roadway, ramps are arranged, with a maximum slope of 10%, a width of 1.2 m.
