Introduction

Modern industrial construction production is carried out on the basis of a developed network of factory manufacturers, sending to construction sites prepared for installation enlarged elements of buildings weighing up to 50 tons, in accordance with the group of installation cranes. A significant part of industrial buildings and structures is built according to standard designs. Typing consists in the constant selection of the most universal space-planning and structural solutions for a given period, which give the greatest economic effect in the construction and operation of buildings. Industrial buildings limited by a certain production capacity and sections of general purpose buildings limited by certain production areas and their vehicles are typified.

The bearing frame of industrial buildings, as a rule, perceives significant efforts (arising from the overlap of large areas necessary for the placement of large machines, as well as due to significant, and sometimes dynamic, loads caused by the technological process. Therefore, the load-bearing frames of industrial buildings are made in the form of frame schemes made of special-strength materials - steel and reinforced concrete .

The building premises are isolated from the external environment by fences - walls and roofs, the composition of which for heated buildings includes effective heat-insulating fillers in the walls, door, window and gate openings are arranged, in the roofs - lights. They are used for communication, lighting and ventilation of rooms. Structures that combine load-bearing and enclosing functions (shells, etc.) are especially effective. Internal structures - floors, partitions, storefronts, service stairs - form separate rooms of buildings, platforms for installation and maintenance of devices and provide access to them.

Design Solutions

The one-story industrial building has two frames - reinforced concrete and metal. Frame consists of transverse frames combined into spatial system by longitudinal structural elements.

In a building with a reinforced concrete frame equipped with a crane - beams with low loading, therefore, reinforced concrete columns are designed 600 × 600 mm.

In buildings with a metal frame and a bridge crane, the columns are designed as a welded I-beam 600 × 340.

The foundations for the frame columns are designed with reinforced concrete, glass type.

Frame of single-storey building with coating of flat elements consists of transverse frames formed by columns pinched in foundations and hinged on columns by rafter trusses or beams. In the longitudinal direction, the frames are connected by crane beams, balconies, tuning trusses, a rigid coating disk and, if necessary, steel ties.

Rectangular columns (series KE0149) are used in crane-free buildings up to 9.6 m high and in buildings up to 12 m high with support cranes with lifting capacity up to 50 tons.

According to the position in the building, the columns are divided into extreme and medium. Wall fences adjoin extreme columns from outside. Extreme columns, in turn, are divided into the main ones, which accept loads from walls, cranes and coating structures, and fawl ones, which serve only for fastening walls.

Building structures of the coating are made in the form of trusses.

Steel frictionless truss with a span of 30 m.

Reinforced concrete frictionless truss with a span of 24 m.

The covering of the reinforced concrete frame was decided according to a non-rounding scheme using prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with a plan size

1.5× 6.0 m.

The coating of the building with a metal frame was also decided according to a non-standard scheme using prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs.

Wall fences of heated room are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels.

To increase spatial stiffness, a system of vertical and horizontal connections is provided in a single-story industrial building.

The household building was decided according to a arceless scheme with longitudinal and transverse bearing walls.

Foundation laying depth is - 2.350m.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete strip foundations.

External walls are made of silicate brick with effective insulation.

Internal walls are made of ceramic brick st = 380mm.

Brick partitions - 120 mm.

Reinforced concrete hollow slabs:

Stairways and platforms prefabricated, reinforced concrete, series 1.1525, ex.1

The roof is flat.

The roof is a technoelast.

Calculation of sanitary equipment of domestic premises

The list is 430 people.

The list of the largest shift is 110 people.

Shop operation mode: medium

We accept the percentage of men and women:

70% of men and 30% of women, which is in numerical terms:

70% = 301 men

30% = 129 women

In the greatest shift:

70% = 77 men

30% = 33 women

The number of cabinets is determined by the list of men and women working in the workshop.

To store household clothes in a women's wardrobe we accept:

1a - 32 cabinets, 1b - 52 cabinets,

in male:

1a - 80 cabinets, 1b - 128 cabinets.

We also take for special clothes.

Adjacent to the dressing rooms are showers and pre-showers.

We determine the number of shower nets.

Norm 1a - 25 people per grid, 1b - 15 people per grid.

We determine the number of washcuts.

Norm 1a - 7 people per 1 crane, 1b - 10 people per one crane.

We determine the number of bathrooms.

Men 77/18 = 3 toilets and 2 urinals.

Women 33/12 = 3 toilets.

Determine the dimensions of ABK

110 × 4 = 440 sq.m, we accept the building to 2 floors with sizes in axes 24 h12m.

Exterior decoration

The facades of the building are painted with special facade paint.

Interior decoration

Workshops:

Ceilings are a simple calcareous color with aqueous solutions.

Walls - painted oil in 2 times;

Floors - adobe, ceramic tiles.

All steel structures are painted with surik in 2 times.

ABC:

Ceilings - improved lime paint with aqueous solutions.

Walls - improved painting with oil paints in 2 times, mosaic tiles, wallpaper.

Floors - linoleum, in bathrooms - ceramic tiles.

Windows, doors - painting with oil paint in 2 times.

Engineering equipment

Water supply - household drinking water from external networks.

Sewerage - domestic drinking water into external networks.

Heating - central water from external networks T1 = 95-700C

T2 = THE 150-700TH

Exhaust ventilation through ventilation chambers and natural ventilation through windows.

Power supply from external networks 220/380V.

Communication device: telephony, radio.

Lighting by filament lamps.
