Schedule of movement of workers, operation of machines and mechanisms, delivery of materials and structures.
Reinforced concrete prefabricated structures are brought to the construction site in accordance with the schedule of delivery of materials, placed in a warehouse in stacks of several pieces in height or several pieces in one row, in a position close to the design one .
The exception is columns that are laid horizontally. Trusses are laid in one tier in height also in position close to design one and are held by special guides forming cassettes. Trusses are laid in inclined position for several pieces in row by means of special stops.
Columns can be placed in stacks in 4 rows in height, but not more than 2 meters. Gaskets are placed under each branch to ensure uniform support of structures. Wall panels are arranged vertically in cassettes in stacks.
The stored elements are supported by wooden linings and gaskets. Intermediate gaskets are not permitted. Thickness of intermediate gaskets and liners is not less than 25 mm. and not less than the height of the slinging loops or other protruding parts of the prefabricated structures. During multi-tiered stacking, the gaskets must be located strictly vertically. Passes between stacks are arranged at least every two stacks in longitudinal direction and 2.5 m in transverse direction.
The width of the passage is not less than 1 m, and the gaps between adjacent stacks 0.2 m. The width of the passes between stacks is assigned depending on the size of the vehicles. The rack for the enlargement of the 24 and 30-meter truss is made on wooden chairs dug into the ground to a depth of 1.2-1.5 m, but not less than to the depth of freezing of heavy soils. Rails are laid over chairs. The distance between the chairs is taken to be 1.5 m at a height of 0.7 m.
Crane beams are laid in a stack up to 2 m high, but not more than three rows with gaskets located at a distance of 120 cm from the ends of the beams. The beams of the upper row must be fastened to each other by twists behind the mounting loops.
The following layout heights in prefabricated stacks in the warehouse are adopted in this course design:
- middle and extreme columns of main and transverse spans: hpc = 1.55 m. - height of stack with gaskets;
- subcrane beams: BKNA 6it - hsht of =1.000 m;
- PII coating slabs: hpc = 2.38 m.13 slabs; PI (1.5h6) - 7 pieces, hsht of =2.25 m;
- fachworks, hpc = 1.55 m;
rafters are placed in cassettes;
- wall panels are arranged in stacks vertically in cassettes of 7 pieces in each.
Erection work is carried out in three streams, the duration of flow I is 6 days, the II erection stream begins on the 3rd day after the beginning of the first, by which time the cross-span columns will have already been installed, it is carried out 70 days. Stream III also begins with a transverse span on the 40 day after the beginning of the III, its duration is 42 days. The solution is delivered to the construction site during the entire construction period .
15. Description of the construction plan for installation of the above-ground part of the building.
The designed building is separate. A paved road runs along the main spans, and structures are delivered to the site by road. Rounding = 15 m, width - 6 m. Planned areas for open and closed warehouses, as well as areas for pre-assembly of a 30-meter rafter truss.
On the construction site of temporary buildings there are the following: pro-slave, domestic facilities, toilets, a guard post.
Fire hydrants are provided for fire safety.
Temporary networks - electrical power supply, water supply and sewerage.
For safety, there is a fire shield, as well as a scheme with a transport scan.
For lighting at night - spotlights around the perimeter of the site.
The construction site is enclosed by a wooden fence. Temporary roads are provided for the movement of cargo from warehouses to the building under construction.
