Description of the flowchart

Crude oil from the tank farm is received by raw material pumps H1 and fed into the pipe space of heat exchangers T1, T2. 

In heat exchangers, oil is heated by the heat of demineralized oil and enters steam tubular steam heaters P2, P6, P1, where it is heated by crumpled or sharp steam to a temperature not exceeding 120 ° C

At the plant, recycled water is supplied by pump H3 to the pipe space of steam heaters P4, P5, then to the mixer of the II stage of desalination in front of the electrodehydrator ED2.

Recycled water from the ii stage of desalination after the electrodehydrator D2 enters the reception of raw material pumps H1, then, together with crude oil, into the mixer of the first stage and further into the electrodehydrator ED1. 

In the ED2 electrodehydrator, the oil is completely desalinated and dehydrated and enters the demineralized oil pipeline from the top of the electrodehydrator.

  Demineralized oil from the ED2 electrodehydrator enters the intertube space of heat exchangers T2, T1, where it is cooled to a temperature not exceeding 70 ° C.

The demulsifier enters in iron barrels and is pumped by a plunger pump H5 into a container E4 of 7.5 two-hundred-liter barrels.

The demulsifier of E4 is self-flowing into the E5 container.

From the E5 capacity, the demulsifier is supplied by the H2 pump to the reception of raw material pumps   H1 for mixing with oil. Mixing of the demulsifier with oil is carried out in the cavity of the centrifugal pump, in heat exchangers and mixers.

Circulating water is supplied by pump H3 to steam heaters P4, P5, where it is heated by crumpled or sharp steam to a temperature not exceeding 70 ° C.

Water after the desalination process is discharged along the drainage line into the reservoirs of the park.
