Description
Evaporator with natural circulation coaxial with heating chamber and salt separation. General view drawing 1. Apparatus is designed for evaporation of NaCl solution from initial concentration of 5 wt%. 2.The volume of the nominal apparatus is 45.6m, the annulus is 3m, 3. Productivity 0.45 kg/s (starting solution) 4. The absolute pressure in the apparatus is from 0.5 to 0.008 MPa, in the tube space from 0.6 to 0.1 MPa. 5. Heat exchange surface area - 250 m. 6. Maximum temperature in the pipe space 115 С, in the inter-pipe space - 158 С. 7. The medium in the apparatus and the tube space is an aqueous solution NaCl in the tube space is saturated water vapor.
