Description

The main purpose of this work is  to modernize the bearing unit of WARMAN 6/4 pump units within the framework of import substitution, while maintaining the required resource  to increase operational reliability and minimize technological,  operational and economic costs.

To achieve this goal, it is necessary to carry out a number of tasks:

- analyze the operation of the flotation and pumping section of the concentrator of Svyatogor JSC;

- Study the design and operation  of WARMAN 6/4 pumps

- to modernize the bearing unit with the replacement of imported components with similar ones of our own production;

- Develop a technology for restoring bearing seats on the shaft and housing of the bearing unit;

- Make a number of technical and economic calculations to substantiate the adopted method of modernization.
