Description

In order to reduce operational and material costs, the modernization of the KMS-5.4 cultivator is proposed. Which, after modernization, can be used for the main preparation of soil for sowing sugar beet and other beet crop crops. Modernization consists in the installation of a comb section on each frame of the cultivator. Which are located in two rows with overlapping of working elements. The comb section has lancet paws that crumble the soil more intensively and break up lumps, thereby preparing the soil for sowing beet crops is better. This aggregate improves the structure of the soil, reduces lumpiness, creates a favorable microclimate and more favorable conditions for seed germination. This unit makes it possible to use the same machine both on pre-soil preparation and on inter-row processing of sugar beet, and as a result, the use of this modernization leads to a decrease in material capacity, energy and operating costs

Brief technical characteristics of the machine and justification

modernizations

The purpose of tillage is ultimately:

- optimization of three factors on which the seedlings of plants ultimately depend to a decisive extent: water, air and heat.

When beginning tillage, remember this relationship and observe the following conditions:

- at too low soil temperature is carried out to a lesser depth, if it cannot be transferred to a later date;

- when there is insufficient soil moisture, it is carried to a great depth, and it is necessary to crumble the soil layer into which the seeds are sown better;

- with insufficient porosity (or high moisture) of the soil, the sowing is carried out to a lesser depth, the soil should not undergo severe crumbling.

Based on the optimal conditions for the development of sugar beet, the soil should crumble well, its optimal volumetric mass should be 0.9... 1.2 g/cm3, on heavy and medium-loamy soils, on coherent sandy and sod soils -1.4... 1.5 g/cm3, humidity should be within 14... 16% loosening must be 10... 12 cm.

To combine some operations, as well as to reduce the passes of the unit through the field, combined units for the main tillage can be used.

To reduce the material consumption of the machine and increase the productivity of the unit, for soil preparation, for sowing, we offer a modernized cultivator KMS5.4, which is a hinged machine consisting of a bar, on which are attached: an automatic coupler lock, thirteen sections of working bodies and a transport device. cultivator is equipped with a set of working elements. For example, the working member section consists of a suspension and a strap, on which there is provided a place for fixing the side holders, a rear working member holder, a copy wheel and a front bracket, by which the section is attached to the bar. This makes it possible to install sections at different points of the bar for processing of the interspaces 45, 60, 75cm. on each section it is possible to attach from 1 to 6 working elements for group adjustment of depth of working elements on bracket of fork there welded is box for installation of copying wheel. For fast and identical installation of copying wheels, divisions are applied on brackets. Moving one division up (down) corresponds to deepening (deepening) by 1 cm. There are also rotary and planar disk destroyers that pull out or completely fill the soil with annual weeds in the protective areas of the rows.

The unit has capacity per hour of shift time Wcm = 24.92 ha/cm, and design flow rate gha = 3.55 kg/ha .
