Automation of manure harvesting of conveyor-type plants. The simplest process line for manure removal and loading by transporters of TSN-ZB type in the trolleys of the suspended road can function in both manual and automatic modes/

In automatic mode, switch SA is closed or button SB5 is pressed. It receives power from the time relay KT1, which includes the magnetic starters KMZ and KM4 of the inclined and horizontal conveyors, respectively.

When the trolley is filled with manure, the weighing device is activated and the time switch KT1 is turned off through the limit switch SQ3. With the time required to clean the manure, the horizontal and then inclined conveyors are stopped.

At the same time, the time relay KT2 is powered, which with more time delay than KT1 turns on the magnetic starter KM1. The manure trolley moves to the storage, where it is automatically unloaded and reversed by the final switch SQ1. The return of the trolley is fixed by the limit switch SQ2, which turns on the time relay KT1, and the process is repeated.

When manure harvesting is finished, its entry into the trolley will stop, the limit switch SQ3 will remain in the same position. Contacts KT1: 3 in the KV circuit is closed with shutter speed exceeding the duration of the unit operation cycle, contact KV: 1 will disconnect the unit from the network.
