Explanatory Note

1. General part

The project was executed on the basis of the design task, approved in accordance with the established procedure and in accordance with the current norms and rules.

This project provides for the construction of a communications office and a central bank. The construction site is located in Kansk.

Climatic conditions of the construction site

The following initial data are accepted in the project:

- design winter temperature of external air (air temperature of the coldest five-day week) on Construction Norms and Regulations 23.01.99 * - 42 0C;

- Duration, day, period with average daily air temperature ≤ 8 ° C - 237 days;

- average air temperature, ° C, period with average daily air temperature ≤8ºS - 8.8 0С;

- humidity zone - dry;

- internal air temperature - 19 0С.

Architectural Solutions

2.1 Introduction

The design of the liaison office and the central bank is developed in accordance with the requirements of:

- SNiP 2.08.0289 * "public buildings and structures."

- SNiP 210197 "Fire safety of buildings and structures," as well as other regulatory documents, instructions, recommendations regulating or reflecting the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and fire safety.

2.2 Characteristics of the object

Fire resistance degree of the building - II.

Level of responsibility - II (normal).

Structural fire hazard class - C0.

Functional fire hazard class - F3.5

2.3 Space Planning Solution

The building has a rectangular shape with dimensions in axes of 24.0 m x 24.0 m, the height from ground level to the top of the parapet panel is 7.7 m.

The building houses the operating rooms of the post office and savings offices, household premises, work rooms of staff, and a ventilation chamber.

Floor elevations of the premises are 0.000m; 3.300 m.

Technical and economic indicators of space-planning solution:

Total area - 1618.38m2

Usable area - 1394.28 m2

Design area - 994.31m2

Development area - 847.64m2

Construction volume - 6357.31m3

2.4 Design and Finishing

The structural system of the building is framed.

Construction system - frame panel.

In the transverse direction, the strength and stability of the building are provided by a system of girders and stiffening diaphragms. In the longitudinal direction, the strength and stability of the building are provided by a stiffening diaphragm.

The main load-bearing structures of the building are reinforced concrete.

The foundations for the columns are separate with glass-type holes, according to the construction method - monolithic.

Columns of the main frame - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 300 x 300 mm. The pitch of the columns is 6 m, the binding of the columns to the longitudinal and transverse axes is "central ."

Paving slabs - reinforced concrete multistage, 220mm high

The external fence is made of three-layer wall panels 300 mm thick.

Internal partitions are made of gypsum concrete 80 mm thick.

The roof is attic.

The roof is rolled.

Coating composition:

waterproofing-upper layer Uniflex K, lower layer - Uniflex P;

bracing - from cement sand mortar;

insulation - mineral wool plate;

steam insulation - Uniflex P;

base - multi-stop slab of slab.

Filling window openings is a two-chamber double-glazed window in wooden binding.

The floors in the rooms are made of parquet, in the operating rooms and corridorachlinoleum, in the bathrooms are ceramic tiles.

External doors are 2.1 m high.

Decoration of internal walls and partitions of operating rooms, corridors, stairs - plaster, trellis, color HIDDEN light tones; of the ceiling - rubbing, coloring of KP in white.

Decoration of internal walls and partitions of sanitary units, QUEEN - trellis, tile glue, ceramic tiles; ceiling - damping, color of HP in white.

Decoration of internal walls and partitions of offices, managers' lounge, reception room, meal room - trellis, color HIDDEN light tones; ceiling - damping, coloring of CP in white.

Finishing of internal walls and partitions of electrical panel, heat assembly, ventilation chamber - plaster, trellis, painting of HIDDEN light tones; of the ceiling - rubbing, coloring of KP in white.

Fire fighting measures

The design of the liaison office and the central bank is developed in accordance with the requirements of:

- SNiP 2.08.0289 * "Public buildings and structures";

- SNiP 210197 "Fire safety of buildings and structures";

- SNiP 31052003 "Public administrative buildings."

According to item 5.21 of SNiP 210197 *, the object belongs to the functional fire hazard class - F 3.5

The fire resistance of the building is II.

Structural fire hazard class - CO.

Fire safety is provided by a set of design solutions aimed at preventing fire, as well as creating conditions for successful extinguishing and evacuation of people and material assets.

The project provides for fire prevention measures:

- interior decoration of rooms is made of non-combustible materials;

- opening of doors during evacuation;

- internal fire extinguishing according to the norms;

- protective grounding;

- protective disconnection device for voltage disconnection in emergency situations;

- shutdown of ventilation in case of fire;

- insulation of external walls - non-combustible..

All wooden structures for fire resistance grade II shall be treated with MPVO certificate 0249181.

Rooms shall be provided with primary fire extinguishing equipment, i.e. portable fire extinguishers .

A fire shield is installed on the territory.

There are paved fire entrances to the building.

Fire alarm systems, warning people about a fire are developed by a specialized organization.
