Introduction

The purpose of the course project is to assimilate the key provisions of the technology of erecting monolithic buildings based on the requirements of SNiP, a number of other regulatory documents, as well as to develop the main elements of the project for the performance of work on reinforced concrete works.

According to SNiP, the PPM for performance of certain types of works includes:

Job instructions for formwork installation, reinforcement installation, concrete mix laying, concrete maintenance and operational quality control diagrams, data on requirements for basic materials, semi-finished products, structures and products, as well as for used machines, accessories and accessories;

work execution schedule;

construction plot plan of the facility;

Explanatory note with necessary calculations, justifications and feasibility.

As part of the course project, all the above sections are developed in a strict sequence. Sections reflecting the features of erection of monolithic structures of buildings and structures are described in more detail.

The basis for the design of the work should be industrial methods of their implementation, comprehensive mechanization and flow of construction processes, the use of new technologies, structures and materials.

2. Organization and procedure of works execution

1. Requirements for completion of preparatory works.

In accordance with SNiP 3.01.01, the following preparatory measures shall be performed prior to commencement of construction, installation and construction works.

Off-site preparatory works shall include:

construction of access roads;

construction of power lines with transformer substations;

construction of water supply networks with water intake facilities;

construction of sewage collectors with treatment facilities

construction of residential settlements for builders;

construction of the necessary facilities for the development of the production base of the construction organization;

construction of structures and communication devices for construction management.

On-site preparatory works shall include:

handover and acceptance of the geodetic basis for construction and geodetic survey work for laying engineering networks, roads and erection of buildings and structures;

release of the construction site for construction and installation works (clearance of the territory, demolition of buildings, etc.);

planning of the territory;

artificial lowering (if necessary) of groundwater level;

shifting existing and laying new utility networks;

permanent and temporary roads;

arrangement of the construction site's inventory temporary enclosures with the organization of the checkpoint regime as necessary;

placement of mobile (inventory) buildings and structures for production, storage, auxiliary, household and public purposes;

arrangement of storage areas and premises for materials, structures and equipment;

organization of communication for operational-dispatching control of works;

providing the construction site with fire-fighting water supply and equipment, lighting and alarm equipment.

During the preparatory period, permanent buildings and structures used for construction needs must also be erected or existing ones adapted for this purpose. Geodetic breakdown signs by building parts and types of works shall also be transferred and accepted.

Prior to the commencement of electrical installation work on the construction of overhead power transmission lines with voltage up to 1000 V and above, preparatory work must be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.01.0185, including:

prepared inventory facilities at the locations of pro-slave areas and temporary bases for the storage of materials and equipment;

temporary access roads, bridges and installation sites have been constructed;

The demolition of the structures envisaged by the project and the reconstruction of the crossed engineering structures located on or near the VL highway and impeding the performance of work were carried out.

Viii. schedule for the construction of walls and floors of the above-ground part of the building

The basis for drawing up the calendar plan is a list of labor costs and working time of machines (form 5), a schedule for erection of monolithic structures on a typical floor (form 10), the number of floors and grips, the duration of technological breaks, the accepted sequence of erection of building structures.

The rate of production of workers is accepted in the range from 100 to 120%. Duration of work in shifts is determined by division of labour intensity into designed quantitative composition of link and is drawn in accepted time scale in work schedule field.

When drawing up the schedule, in-line methods of work execution are used with maximum combination of construction processes for erection of the above-ground part of the building.

Ix. execution of object construction plan fragment

On the fragment of the object construction plan for the construction of the above-ground part of the building, the location of the constructed building, the place of installation of construction and lifting machines are shown with indication of the ways of their movement and zones of action, hazardous zones, permanent and temporary transport routes and widening for unloading vehicles with indication of their width and radius of rounding. The building plan fragment must show the following located in the crane area:

ground formwork warehouse with panel consolidation site;

post of formwork cleaning and lubrication;

warehouse of additional elements;

valves warehouse;

concrete mixture reloading site from motor vehicles to concrete pump reloading hopper;

prefabricated storage sites.

On the fragment of the construction plan in this course project, the power supply networks and sanitary networks, temporary structures and other components of the construction plan are not conditionally shown.

Cut along the building with crane and operating machines and mechanisms, elements of graphic part of Job Instruction are also taken out onto the sheet.
