Scope of Application
This Job Instruction provides laying of pipeline with depth of 3.1-5.0 m for installation of pressure cast iron pipeline with diameter Dn = 600mm and length of 700m. The pipes are laid in the soil of group I (coarse sand) through one pipe with an arrow self-propelled car crane KS2561, a link of installers consisting of 5 people, when working in one shift for 19 days. The work is carried out in the summer (construction began on June 2). The construction area is the city of Ivanovo.
Organization and technology of the construction process
Before the pipeline shall be laid
the following works were performed:
a) trench developed;
b) temporary roads are laid and temporary electric lighting is performed;
c) sets of the water step-down LIU6/LIU-5/installation with a performance of 120 м^З/час, a pressure of 40 m are delivered and laid along the pipeline route;
d) the axis of the pipeline route is broken and fixed in kind;
e) the axis and boundaries of the pipeline with the installation are broken
in the trench of pegs with the elevation of the bottom of the pipes in 2030 m;
f) a three-day supply of pipes, installation machines, tools, equipment, accessories and other materials was brought in;
g) storm water removal is provided;
h) water reduction to the level - 7.0 m;
and ) the slope of the planned bottom of the trench was checked by the sighting along the top of the rings.
Organization of installation works
1. When installing reinforced concrete and steel elements of structures, pipelines and equipment, it is necessary to provide measures to prevent the impact on workers of hazardous and harmful production factors related to the nature of the work:
a) location of workplaces near the drop in height of 1.3 m
and more;
b) moving structures, weights;
c) fall of higher materials, tools;
2. In the presence of hazardous and harmful production factors, the safety of installation works should be ensured on the basis of the implementation of the following labor protection decisions contained in the organizational and technological documentation (PIC, PPR, etc.):
a) determination of crane grade, installation site and hazardous areas
during its operation ;
b) ensuring the safety of workplaces at altitude;
c) determination of structure installation sequence;
3. In the area where installation works are carried out, it is not allowed to perform other works and find unauthorized persons.
