Characteristics of the object under construction

This project provides for the construction of an intra-quarter low-pressure gas pipeline.

Gas pipeline laying - underground, laying depth 1.2 m.

Development of the microdistrict with residential multi-storey buildings and administrative and economic buildings.

The terrain is calm, with a slight slope to one side.

The improvement of the microdistrict is established and is presented in the form of separate entrances, footpaths.

The green zone is represented in the form of separate trees and shrubs.

Soils in the microdistrict are loamy, the corrosivity of soils is increased - therefore, the insulation of gas pipelines is bituminous - very enhanced.

The microdistrict shows the existing network of underground and engineering communications with the depth of laying:

Heating line 0.51 m

Water supply 1, 61.8 m

Sewerage 1,82,2 m

Electric cable 0.7 m

Phone 0.5 m

The supply of this microdistrict with gas is carried out from the existing urban medium pressure networks with a subsequent decrease to low in GRP.

Selection of the method of work execution

For mutual linkage of construction and installation works for the construction of the gas pipeline, a schedule for the construction and installation works has been developed. The schedule contributes to a better organization of work and compliance with technical consistency in the performance of all types of work.

This project provides for the construction of a gas pipeline in the microdistrict of the city, where there is a small number of angles of rotation and intersection of gas with other communications, which makes it possible to organize work in a sequential way.

Therefore, the most rational method in this case will be a sequential method. At the same time, all work during the construction of the gas pipeline is carried out by one complex team in the amount of 6 people:

- pipe laying - 5 discharges

- pipe laying - 4 discharges

- welder -5 discharges

- dredger - 3 bits

- insulator -3 bits

The works are carried out sequentially throughout the route, with observance of the technological sequence and safety rules, namely: the entire complex of preparatory work was completed, the team begins earthworks, then installation and final work.

Description of Installation Plan and Routing

The basis for drawing up the installation plan is the master plan, which is part of the project of the object under construction, on which all existing and under construction permanent buildings and structures, engineering communications, green spaces, roads and crossings on the construction master plan are laid. In addition to permanent buildings and structures, all temporary structures necessary for the construction of construction are also applied. To meet safety and fire safety requirements, ensure proper location of warehouses, installation of necessary passages and passageways, observance of proper gaps between buildings, trench fences, and pits, lighting at night, installation of warning signs, inscriptions and posters. Equipment with temporary and permanent water supply, and telephony of the construction site.

Description of the routing.

A routing is a project document that defines the technology (equipment, organization and economy) of an individual construction process.

Process plans for separate construction and processes are drawn up at the stage of the work execution project.

According to the industrialization of CH74 (industrialization on the procedure for drawing up and approving work execution projects), the process list includes:

1) diagram of organization of construction and installation works.

2) basic instruction on the sequence and methods of work and organization of labor.

3) hourly work schedule.

4) costing.

5) basic materials, semi-finished products, building parts and structures .

6) machines and equipment, mechanized and hand tools, equipment and devices.

7) safety readings during works performance.

The project of work execution at the technical map is drawn up for each construction process.

Engineering communications of the microdistrict, provided in the form of sewerage with a depth of 1,82.2 m, a gas pipeline with a depth of 1.2 m, a heating line of reinforced concrete channels 60x45m, a depth of 0.6 m from the top of the channel, an electric cable is laid to a depth of 0.7 m.

Before the start of soil development by the mechanisms, all underground communications (electrical cable, communication cable, heating line) located above the top of the gas pipeline must be hidden by holes.

Shurf is developed up to the design elevation of the bottom of the gas pipeline trench and is protected by inventory boards.

On top, the pit is also overlapped by inventory boards.

The most responsible development is the opening of land at the intersection of the gas pipeline with electric cables.

When performing these works, it is forbidden to use metal shovels, crowns, bricks, etc., and for the development of soil, wooden shovels with edging, cutting edge, metal are necessary.

Opened cables shall be enclosed in metal or asbestos cement cases covering the trench by 0.5 m in each direction.
