Scope of Application
Task
The process map was developed for the installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, crane beams, trusses, coating beams, coating plates and wall panels of a single-story industrial building using unified overall diagrams and typical prefabricated structures based on a reinforced column grid of 18 + 24 × 2.
Building size: L = 144m, B = 72m,
Height to the bottom of rafter structures h = 9m, h = 12.6m.
Column weight: Medium m = 5.2 t;
Extreme m = 8.5t, m = 3.4t;
Frying columns m = 7.2 t, m = 4.5 t.
Crane beams m = 4.5t.
Foundation beams m = 1.6.
Rafter trusses of frictionless m = 9.2t, m = 6.5 t.
Coating plates m = 2.4t.
Wall panels m = 1.34 t.
The works considered by the map include:
- installation of columns;
- termination of joints of columns with foundations;
- installation of crane beams;
- electrical welding of embedded parts of crane beams;
- grouting of joints of crane beams;
- installation of rafters;
- electric welding of embedded parts of trusses and columns;
- laying of coating plates;
- electric welding of embedded parts of coating plates, trusses;
- pouring of seams with coating plate solution;
- installation of wall panels;
- electrical welding of mounting joints;
-Fills wall panel welds.
The work is carried out in the summer and is carried out in two shifts.
2. Organization and technology of the construction process.
"The organization and technology of the construction process are given: instructions for the preparation of the facility and requirements for the readiness of previous works and building structures, which provide the necessary and sufficient front of work to withstand the construction process provided for by the map.
On the construction site for the construction of the above-ground part of a one-story multi-span industrial building, the following construction processes are carried out during the installation of reinforced concrete structures.
1. Installation of columns:
The following works shall be performed before the columns are installed:
- the foundations for the columns were erected and the correctness of their position in plan and height was checked;
- Works were carried out on the construction of the underground part of the building, including underground canals and tunnels;
- concrete preparation for floors was performed and temporary roads were laid from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs from permanent roads to the building under construction;
- indicated in the spans of the building of traffic paths and working parking of installation cranes;
- necessary installation devices, equipment and tools were delivered to the installation area of the structures;
- hairlines of laying axes are applied on the top of the foundation sleeves.
The columns delivered to the objects should be laid out in the area of the crane. When heavy columns are delivered to the facilities on one piece, the installation is carried out directly from the vehicles according to the hour schedule, linked to the general schedule of installation work.
Prior to installation of columns geodetic check of correct arrangement of foundations under columns is carried out, as well as correctness of drawing on sleeves of foundation. Installation is performed in the following order:
- on the faces of the column at the bottom and at the top of the head, the hairlines of the laying axes are applied with oil paint, and on the vertical faces of the console - hairlines of the axes of the crane tracks;
- bottom of foundation sleeves is added to one mark;
- if necessary, equip the column: install clamps, hinged stairs and installation platforms;
- string slinging is performed by means of load gripping device;
- lifting the column and installing it in the foundation cup so that hairlines on the lower end of the column coincide with hairlines on the foundation;
temporarily securing the column with a conductor;
- disassociate the column;
- reconciling the column.
After installation of several columns, the correctness of their position is finally checked. Joints are sealed with concrete mixture.
Work on installation of columns is performed by the installers link :
5 bits-1 people, 4 bits-1 people, 3 bits-2 people, 2 bits-1 people and crane operator 6 bits-1 people.
2.Installation of crane beams:
Installation of crane beams is performed after installation and final alignment of columns, their soaking into foundation and achievement of 70% of design strength by concrete. Before lifting crane beams, their embedded parts in support units and on upper belt are cleaned from rust. Prior to erection geodetic check of elevations and position in plan of column support platforms is performed, inventory scaffolding is hung on clamps fixed on columns. Then beam is installed along axial hairlines on beams and cantilevers of columns. Beams are temporarily fixed on supports using anchor bolts, then after final geodetic alignment, all fasteners are welded.
Work on installation of crane beams is performed by the link of installers 5dis1 people, 4 categories-1 people, 3 categories-2 people, 2 categories-1 people and crane operator 6 categories-1 people.
3. Installation of coating structures:
Rafter trusses and coating plates are mounted by complex method by separate flow. Trusses are installed using crossbars, the length of which is selected depending on the location of the slinging points. Trusses are installed in design position with alignment of axial hairlines on ends with hairlines on support surfaces of columns, after which they are fixed by welding with embedded elements. Stability of the first two trusses is provided by braces fixed to movable inventory anchors or to bases of columns previously mounted and frozen in sleeves of foundations.
Stability of subsequent trusses is ensured by means of inventory struts to previously installed truss. Disassembly of the truss is performed after installation of braces and screw struts. Braces and screw spacers are removed after installation of coating plates.
The cover plates are mounted from the middle of the truss. After laying of each plate, its embedded parts must be welded to embedded parts of the upper girder belt at least in three points.
The work on installation of the coating structures is performed by the link of the installers 5dis1 people, 4 categories-1 people, 3 categories-1 people, 2 categories-1 people, 1 category-1 people and the crane operator 6 categories-1 people.
4. Installation of wall panels.
Installation of wall panels is performed by differentiated method after completion of installation of building supporting frame. In each cell between the columns, wall panels are mounted at once to the entire height. According to the technology, wall panels are installed in the following three stages:
1 stage - slinging and fixing with a device preventing its rotation during lifting (lifting of the element);
2 stage - release of the panel from the device preventing its rotation during lifting and setting to the design position, sealing of permanent units and joints;
3 stage - disassembly and return of the hook to the initial position for lifting of the next panel.
Work on installation of wall panels is performed by the link of installers: 5bit 1 person, 4 bit-1 person, 3 bit-1 person, 2 bit-1 person and crane operator 6 bit-1 person.
