Description
Induction crucible furnaces are used in foundries for smelting cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals [5, 6, 10]. The main advantages of induction furnaces are: it is possible to smelt without blast furnace iron, use pellets and sponge iron, reduce gas and dust contamination of the air.
