Introduction
The object of the degree design is the building of the indoor rink under construction in the city of Kayercan. The purpose of the building is an indoor ice rink with stands for spectators with 500 seats for training and competitions in ice sports, as well as for free attendance.
The essence of the diploma project is to replace the pile foundation under the middle part of the building with a solid reinforced concrete box-section foundation. In the middle part of the building, the load on the foundation is only from the ice arena. The foundation for steel load-bearing structures of the coating - steel frames is supposed to be left the same pile, also the pile foundation remains for floor columns at the ends of the building, for all stairs and wings, for the foundation for equipment and under the part of the building where the administrative premises are located. Using a solid box-section foundation instead of a pile will reduce the cost of building this object, as well as accelerate the process of constructing the foundation, and in general the construction of the entire building.
Scope of Application
This Job Instruction has been developed for the construction of a monolithic reinforced concrete solid box-section foundation.
Reinforcement of the foundation structure - with flat reinforcement welded grids and separate rods. The nets are laid in the formwork overlapping, already welded, the rods are welded to the nets.
The Job Instruction provides for the construction of a monolithic reinforced concrete structure using a non-removable formwork in the form of reinforced concrete shells of a U-shaped profile, which are manufactured at the construction site.
The Job Instruction adopts the version of concrete mixture supply and laying by self-propelled boom crane with the help of bucket. It is also possible to use an auto concrete pump.
Loading and unloading operations, reinforcement and formwork are performed by the same self-propelled boom crane or autocrane on special chassis .
Concreting work should be carried out in summer or winter in 2-3 shifts.
