Additional information

Architectural and planning solution

An individual residential building is developed in two levels with an attic. The size of the house in terms of 18.6 × 13.8 m. The height of the living room is 2.8 m. The house is provided for the family to live up to 6 people. The project is distinguished by the rational use of the internal volume of the building. The first floor of the building is a zone of concentrated economic activity. The mansard is an area designed only for recreation - there are completely no utility rooms (except for the cold pantry). The house has two bathrooms, one bathroom, a sauna with a shower room.

Elevation of ground floor is taken as elevation 0.000.

The design of the residential building was developed for the following climatic conditions: estimated winter outdoor temperature - 32 ° С; snow cover weight 1.5 kPa; wind speed head 0.23 kPa; the relief of the territory is calm; soils in the base - loam; groundwater at a depth of 2.1 m from the natural surface of the earth.

The residential building with the main facade is oriented to the south, which ensures the optimal duration of insolation of residential rooms, corresponding to SNiP 2.07.0489 *. Temperature and humidity conditions comply with design standards as per SNiP 2.08.0189 *, SNiP 2.04.0586 *. Heat protection of the house is made taking into account the requirements of SNiP II379 *. As insulation - ISOVER. Living rooms and kitchen are designed with natural side lighting through windows. Windows are designed with wooden frames.

Bases

We accept the pile driven foundation. A foundation of 600 mm is provided for the outer walls, 300 mm for the inner walls.

Horizontal waterproofing shall be performed along the foundation cut. A pavement of 800 mm is installed along the entire perimeter. With slope 5 for surface water discharge.

Foundation Design

Structural type of foundation is adopted depending on structural layout of buildings and soil conditions. For buildings with brick walls, ribbon, columnar and pile foundations are designed.

In course work, we will accept the tape foundation. The dimensions of the foundation floor will be taken structurally depending on the thickness of the walls.

ISOVER Insulation

The ISOVER insulation is used for insulation in the project. This is a mineral wool insulation that has heat soundproofing properties. ISOVER protects against shock and air noise. Fiberglass, which consists of insulation, does not burn, therefore meets fire requirements.

Snapping Exterior and Interior Walls

The thickness of the inner walls is assumed to be 380 mm. The thickness of the partition is 120 mm. For an unheated volume, the thickness of the walls is taken to be 510 mm. The following rules apply to wall snapping:

for outer walls, the inner face of the wall is offset 120 mm from the coordination axis;

for external self-supporting walls, the inner face of the wall coincides with the axis - called zero reference;

for internal walls, the axis coincides with the axis of symmetry of the wall - called centerline reference.

Slab Design:

The basement is made by laying multi-pillar prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs.

Interstage floor is made of prefabricated multistage plates. Slabs are laid on bearing transverse walls with a support of 90 mm (minimum permissible support according to GOST). Seams between floor panels are carefully filled with cement mortar. Slabs are anchored one after laying.

Roof

The multi-pitched roof is designed along inclined rafters. Flooring is made on rafters. The flooring is covered with metal.

Stairs

The project adopted two span stairs from the first floor to the second. The width of the staircase is adopted 1320 mm. The width of the steps is 310 mm, the height is 155 mm, with a slope of 27 °.

Windows

Triple glazing designed. The glazing area is 1:5 of the floor area. The height of the windows was 1.5 m and 1.2 m with a floor height of 3.1 m. The width of the windows was adopted in accordance with standard solutions.

Doors

The height of the doors was assumed to be 2.07 m. (width is determined from the evacuation conditions and depending on the purpose of the premises). Glazed doors in the kitchen, blind doors in other rooms. In the living room - 0.9 m.; to the bedroom - 0.9 m.; to the kitchen - 0.9 m; in bathrooms - 0.9 m.; entrance to the house - 1.1 m (all single-floor); to the garage - 2.2 m.

Exterior decoration

The exterior decoration gives a finished and attractive look to the house; improves operational qualities. In this project, the finish is made of plaster. On the sides of the house, an architectural element is used, the lining of which is made with plaster of a different color.

Interior decoration

Internal finishing works begin with plaster and sanitary maintenance. Floors are installed, painted. Ceramic tiles are laid in bathrooms.
