Improving the organization and technology of work in the engine department of Embros-Auto LLC in Mineralnye Vody

This paper analyzes the technical and economic performance of Embros-Auto in Mineralnye Vody. Based on this analysis, a decision was made to develop a set of measures to rationalize the company's material and labor resources in order to improve economic efficiency through the implementation of modern design, organizational, and technological solutions. To this end, the service center's production and technical infrastructure was reviewed, a process calculation was conducted, a plan for modernizing the engine compartment was developed, technological equipment was selected and expanded, and a project for improving the engine compartment was proposed. The project proposes measures to rationalize land use and increase potential profits by expanding the annual maintenance and repair program.

An economic assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures is provided.
