LLC Volga, having an extract from the register of members of the self-regulatory organization No. SROV124/B/1 from 14.05.2018, has developed this design documentation for the overhaul of the cold water supply system of an apartment building located at: Leningrad Region, Shlissenburg, st. Ulyanova, d.24 .
Customer - NO "Fund for the overhaul of apartment buildings of the Leningrad Region"
The basis for the work project is:
Terms of reference for the development of design documentation for the overhaul of the domestic cold water supply system;
Technical report on the results of the internal house cold water supply system survey.
The technical decisions adopted in the project are not subject, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008 N 87 Moscow "On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content," patent cleanliness, are not intellectual property and can be transferred to third parties without the consent of the authors of the project .
The installation process shall be supervised technically.
Cold water supply system B1
The project of overhaul of the in-house cold water supply system is provided with maximum preservation of the places of passage of pipeline routes, riser sections and connection to consumers. The design boundaries of the cold water supply system are:
Ball valve ∅ 25 at entry into the building;
Shutoff valve at the consumer.
Water supply with cold water is provided by one inlet from a steel pipe with a diameter of ∅ 25 mm from the intra-quarter network of the domestic drinking water supply .
The cold water supply system is designed from Valtec polypropylene pipes for cold water PN20.
The diagram of the cold water supply system is accepted of the riser type, with lower wiring. Main pipelines are located horizontally in the technical subpole, risers are located vertically in apartments. The system shall be installed by polyphuse welding in accordance with the recommendations of the polymer pipelines manufacturer. The pipelines shall be attached to the bearing walls and structures of the technical support by means of support and suspension devices based on clamps and driven anchors. Shut-off valves are provided at the base of the risers. Shut-off valves are located in places convenient for maintenance.
Technical Instructions for Installation
1. Install the new system after removal of existing pipelines.
2. The equipment, pipelines and materials used shall have a certificate of state registration and declaration of conformity, and be suitable at the time of purchase of such materials.
3. When pipelines pass internal walls, floors and partitions, provide steel sleeves, fill the space between the sleeve wall and the pipe with non-combustible material for the entire thickness of the structure; filling material shall not reduce the required fire resistance of the structure. The inner diameter of the sleeves is 1015 mm larger than the outer diameter of the pipe. The edges of the casings shall be mounted indented from the surfaces of walls, partitions and floors and above the clean floor elevation by 1030 mm.
Pipeline elevations, as well as the location of risers in apartments, should be clarified at the place.
4. Installation of CFS system pipelines shall be performed at a distance of at least 20 mm from the structures in the thermal insulation shell made of foam polyethylene.
5. Fasteners of risers and main pipelines and distances between fasteners are accepted in accordance with SP 4010196, Table 2.1
6. Do not place joints of pipes above supports.
7. When closing the reinforcement, provide access to it (panels, eyes).
8. Lay pipelines with a slope of at least 0.002 towards the watering crane.
9. The system is emptied using a watering crane using flexible hoses and portable containers.
10. Installation and acceptance of sanitary devices shall be carried out in accordance with SP 73.13330.2016 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems," as well as in accordance with the recommendations of manufacturers .
11. Hydraulic testing of the system shall be performed at positive temperature in the building premises. The system shall be tested by hydrostatic or manometric method in compliance with the requirements of SP 73.13330.2012, GOST 2405480, GOST 2513682. The test pressure for the hydrostatic test method shall be taken to be 1.5 times the overpressure. The test pressure for the hydraulic test of the CFS system shall not exceed the test pressure limit for valves and pipelines installed in the system.
Systems shall be considered to have passed the test if no pressure drop of more than 0.05 MPa (0.5 kgf/m2) and drops in welds and threaded joints has been detected during 10 minutes of test pressure under the hydrostatic test method.
During the manometric test, the CVS system should be filled with compressed air with a pressure of 0.1 MPa (1 kgf/cm2/) and withstand the system at this pressure for 5 minutes. After testing the CVS system, the corresponding Certificate of the established form with the test results is drawn up. The system is then flushed.
12. Piping concealed by construction structures shall be tested prior to closure in accordance with RD 11022006. An act of examination of hidden works according to the form of mandatory appendix 3 shall be drawn up: "Certificate of inspection of hidden works according to RD 11022006."
