Master Plan

The designed building is located on a site with a calm relief with a slight slope to the northeast side. The designed building is located indented from the red line. The main facade is located to the northeast. On the site are located: residential building No. 1, residential building No. 2, hospital, bank building, park, household house, cinema, car park.

Constructive solution

Prefabricated and monolithic columnar glass-type foundations, tape slabs and concrete blocks.

Precast reinforced concrete basement beams.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, one cantilever, two cantilever.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete girders without shelves, with one and two shelves.

Precast reinforced concrete floor slabs 220 mm thick.

Precast reinforced concrete, ribbed, 220 mm high covering slabs.

Partitions - prefabricated reinforced concrete diaphragms of rigidity, brick and reinforced concrete with a thickness of 120 and 80 mm.

Brick walls 510 mm thick.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete structural straps.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs with two half-sites.

Wall panels - prefabricated with insulation.

Double glazed windows.

Doors are firefighting.

The roof is combined unvented with an organized drainage.

Floors - linoleum, ceramic tiles.
