General characteristic.

The designed building "dormitory for small families for 112 rooms" of a single-section type, paired; the first floor is used for public premises. Rooms are single-level, limited orientation, which reduces the number of hours of natural light in the apartment during the day. There is one LLU in the building. For fire evacuation, stairs are provided at the ends of the building.

Fire resistance of the building corresponds to the required fire resistance limits. The K3 structure ignition group is moderately fire hazardous, the fire resistance degree is 2nd according to SNiP 210197 "Fire Safety Design Standards."

Space-planning solution of the designed building.

The designed building is a nine-story single-section paranoise building, with a technical floor. Rectangular blocks measuring 15.9 m wide and 13.2 m long. The LLU is located between blocks of rectangular shape with dimensions of 5.4m in width and 4.8 m in length. The highest point of the building is located on axes "B" and "D" on the LLU and has a height of 32.25 m.

The designed building is H-shaped in plan with a height from the ground to the steam locomotive of 31.2 m and from the ground to the level of the engine room of 34.25 m. The maximum length of the building is 30.6m and the maximum width is 15.9m.

The project provides for 9 floors, the height of the first and standard floors is 3.0m. The floor elevation of the first floor relative to the planning elevation of the ground is 0.670m.

On the typical floor there are 14 rooms. In general, the building provides 112 rooms. Two of the 14 rooms on each floor have an area of ​ ​ 28.1m2. Two rooms have an area of ​ ​ 10.8m2. Two have an area of ​ ​ 8.7m2. Two rooms have an area of ​ ​ 10.9m2. Two have an area of ​ ​ 18.7m2. Two have an area of ​ ​ 12.4 m2. Two more have an area of ​ ​ 18.9m2.

The typical floor includes: a kitchen with an area of ​ ​ 18.8m2, a separate bathroom with an area of ​ ​ 12.6 m2, corridors with an area of ​ ​ 94 m2. Kitchens are equipped with a gas stove and a wash with a floor. The bathroom is equipped with shower cabins of 4 pcs., ceramic washbasins of 6pc, toilets of 6 pcs.

In the designed building there is one LLU, which is located in the center of the building, between the blocks. A staircase in a building of the usual type, two-marching with one inter-floor platform around the elevator. Two fire stairs are provided at the ends of the building with external evacuation stairs from the upper to the 2nd floor. The elevator is located in the center of the LLU. It has a carrying capacity of 350 kg. The width of the platform in front of the elevators is 4.5m, the depth is 2m. The trash duct is located on interstage staircases; garbage removal chamber is located on the first floor on the mark 0.370, the entrance to it is located along the axis D in axes 4 and 5. LL inlet is located along axis B in axes 4 and 5. The porch elevation is 0.675m below the level of the first floor. Tambour in front of the LLU is one, with a width of 3.3m, a depth of 4.2m.

On the ground floor of the designed building there are rooms related to the maintenance of the dormitory and rooms for public use. For the hostel to the left of the LLU: there is a dryer with an area of ​ ​ 13.2 m2, a laundry with an area of ​ ​ 10.1 m2, A commandant's office with an area of ​ ​ 14.7 m2, to the right of the LLU: a scientific part with an area of ​ ​ 59.7 m2. Premises for public use in the right block are: retail premises, with a total area of ​ ​ 39.93m2, warehouses with a total area of ​ ​ 15.55 m2; in the left block there are: retail premises, with a total area of ​ ​ 39.93m2, warehouses with a total area of ​ ​ 15.55 m2. The entrances to all rooms are located on the side of the courtyard facade along axes D and D in axes 1 and 4, 4 and 5, 5 and 8.

The building is supposed to have a technical subpole, the height of which in its pure form is 1,7 m. The floor elevation of the technical floor relative to the planning elevation of the ground is 0.67m. The entrances to the technical subpole are located from the courtyard facade of the building along the axis D in axes 4 and 5, through the pit.

The project provides for a warm attic, with a roll-free roof with an internal drain. The number of funnels is 6. The height of the attic in the level of the tray is 1.5 m, the maximum height along the longitudinal wall of the axis "D" is 2.2m. Access to the attic is through the stairs of the ninth floor, and to the roof is through the engine room.

The width of the staircases meets the requirements of fire evacuation and is 1.2m, the width of the corridors is 1.5 m, the length is 22.5m. Stairs in a conventional design, fire stairs are located at the ends of the building. Corridors and LLU are separated by self-closing doors with sealing in the narrows.

Structural solutions of the building design.

The building system of the designed building is panel, the structural system is carkless, the scheme with transverse and longitudinal bearing walls .

Outer walls are made of three-layer panels. Wall snapping - 100. The project uses panels with rigid links, single-row grids. Joints between panels - drained: (insulation), flat spaceless (horizon), contact-platform (vert.), concrete keyway. The connections between the panels are steel, made of steel clamps passed through the looped outlets of the joined panels (below), and a half-clamp with planar heads (at the top).

Inner wall panels are made of heavy concrete with a thickness of 160mm. In order to increase the industrialization of electrical installation, channels and bars are provided in the panels of the internal walls for hidden wiring formed during the formation of the panel. Walls snap to axes 80 mm in the middle of the panel. The connections between the panels of the inner walls are steel, welded, at the same level in height of the floor.

Electric panel is arranged in staircases. They are made of heavy concrete. Electric panels provide vertical and horizontal channels and a niche for floor boards.

Inter-room partitions - rolling gypsum concrete, single-layer, room size, 80mm thick. Bathroom partitions - reinforced concrete 50mm thick.

The floor in the building is prefabricated. Slabs rest on external bearing walls at 90mm. Floor panels with a thickness of 220mm are multi-empty. Floor panels are designed with a width of 1.2m, 1.5m; 1.8 m; span 3.6m; 3.9 m; 5.4 m; panels with ventilation holes and rounding are used, with voids d = 160 mm, located with a spacing of 185mm. The ends of the panel voids are necessarily sealed with concrete at the manufacturer's factory.

Stairways and platforms are provided from concrete of class B25 of full factory readiness with a smooth face without overhead stages. The width of the flight of stairs is 1200mm. Staircase interstage platforms - ribbed reinforced concrete.

Ventilation units in plan are located in the kitchen and bathrooms. Floor ventilation units are made of structural concrete of class B25. The ventblock in this project has dimensions of 300 * 880 and height per floor. Ventilation channel is a non-bearing structure resting on slabs of the first floor floor. Panels are made with structural reinforcement by welded grids.

Description of the general plan.

Construction is carried out in the city of Syktyvkar of the Komi Republic, in the area of ​ ​ existing development.

The relief of construction is calm, the height difference is small 0.5 m. Sand prevails in the geological structure of the soil.

The designed building is located along the main street. The main one is the facade from the courtyard. It is located with a deviation of 320 from Yu on Yu-V.

The plot plan of the building is defined on sheet 2 of the graphic part. Access to the house is carried out with the help of the courtyard and external entrances.

4 entrances were designed in the building: one of them to serve residents, the rest - to get into the public premises of the first floor. One entrance - on the side of the main facade, three - on the side of the courtyard. From the side of the main facade, one vestibule is designed with a width of 4.2m and a depth of 3.3m; from the courtyard side - two, 2.88 m wide and 1.5 m deep.

After the construction of the building is completed, the courtyard area is landscaped - a playground with a fountain, swings, a recreation area with benches is arranged. Trees are planted on the side of the main facade, a lawn is set up, benches are installed.
