General Instructions
The sheet of the main sets on an object see 1110.1-1-2.0-00-TX.
This working documentation is developed on the basis of the tasks of related departments for the design of heating and ventilation in accordance with SNiP 2.04.05-91 * and departmental construction standards "Car Maintenance Enterprises" VSN 01-89 Minavtotrans RSFSR .
Outside air design parameters:
cold period of the year: minus 27 ° С;
warm period of the year: + 22.2 ° С.
The average temperature of the heating period is minus 3 ° С.
The source of heat supply for the garage is the boiler house of the Pervomaisky microdistrict.
The coolant for the heating system is water with parameters of 110-70 ° C.
Internal air temperatures: boxes, ITP, storeroom + 5 ° С.
The heating system of the power unit is designed double-tube with upper wiring. Registers made of smooth pipes are used as heating devices.
Pipelines of heating systems are made of steel water and gas pipes according to GOST 3262-75 with subsequent painting with paint BT-177 GOST 5631-79 for two times according to primer GF-021 GOST 25129-82.
Pipelines at the intersection of partitions and internal walls shall be laid in casings made of non-combustible materials.
Supply ventilation with mechanical and natural motive.
To make air ducts of B1-B6, BE1, BE2 systems of the GOST galvanized steel 14918-80 class H thick according to Construction Norms and Regulations 2.04.05-91*.
Install heating and ventilation systems, refer to SNiP 3.05.01-85.
For air intake devices, holes in walls and coating, refer to 1110.1-1-2.0-00-AP.
