Introduction
Improving the organization of the production base of road construction is one of the most important areas that ensure increased efficiency in the use of high-performance machines.
Asphalt concrete plants (ABZ) are specialized enterprises designed to prepare hot, cold and cast mixtures. In addition, ABZ organizes the production of black gravel, the processing of old asphalt concrete.
The most important choice of plant location is in the design of ABZ. The correct solution of this problem depends on: the cost of the produced mixture, the use of equipment, the period of construction of the road, etc.
When selecting the ABZ location, take into account:
- the need for a mixture ;
- road construction time;
- terrain;
- location of bases and sources of material supply, railway stations, access roads;
- location of industrial and residential facilities;
- possibility of obtaining water and electricity;
- the time of delivery of the mixture from the plant to the road.
Power and auxiliary departments - power plants or transformer substations, compressor and steam-boiler plants, water supply devices, warehouses of various materials, bitumen and oil pipeline systems, a complex of office and auxiliary rooms are included in the distribution ABZ.
The purpose of the course project "Designing the General Plan of the Production Enterprise" is to resolve and consolidate the theoretical knowledge obtained during the study of basic and related disciplines; training in independent work with normative and reference literature; obtaining skills for creative solution of individual engineering problems.
In course work, it is necessary to consider the issues of choosing the location of the production enterprise, technological equipment, compiling technological diagrams, labor protection.
Conclusion
During the course work, an engineering decision was made to select two CA 100U mixing units with a capacity of 78 t/h.
Also, by comparing the options, the optimal location of the ABZ was chosen - on the railway.
The master plan of the production enterprise - an asphalt concrete plant - was designed taking into account the wind rose and observing sanitary standards, fire regulations and labor protection rules.
