Boiler PTVM-50 Gas-heating boiler is designed for installation in heating boilers as the main source of heat supply for heating water from 70 ° C to 150 ° C, used in heating systems, hot water supply for industrial and household purposes. Installed at district thermal stations (RTS). The boiler is straight-flow with a U-shaped closed arrangement of heating surfaces. The boiler furnace is completely shielded by Ø60 × 3 mm pipes located with a pitch of S = 64 mm, and is equipped with six MGMG - 6 gas-gas burners installed opposite on the side walls. Convective heating surfaces are located in a convective gas duct with side walls shielded by Ø83 × 3.5 mm pipes, which are risers of convective sections made of Ø28 × 3 mm pipes. The rear wall of the convective gas duct is shielded with Ø60 × 3 mm pipes. The pipe system of the PTVM-50M boiler rests on the frame frame at an elevation of 5.14 m. The PTVM-30MS boiler has a reinforced frame, the pipe system is suspended using rods. Fuel oil boilers may be equipped with a gas-pulse cleaning device (GMO) to remove external deposits from the pipes of the convective heating surface. Lightweight coating of the boiler with a total thickness of 110 mm is attached directly to the screen pipes.
