Description
The functional diagram of the tunnel-type cold smoking unit automation is implemented using the PLC63 programmable logic controller.
The plant automation system allows monitoring and regulation of the following process parameters:
- measurement and control of temperature in the chambers of drying and smoking;
- measurement and control of humidity in the chambers of drying and smoking;
- measurement, control and control of smoke-air medium speed in smoking chamber.
The functional diagram of the plant automation system contains the following loops :
- temperature control in the drying chamber (TE 1a, PLK63, K3);
- humidity control in the drying chamber (AE 3a, PLK63, K1);
- temperature control in the smoking chamber (TE 5a, PLK63, K2);
- humidity control in the smoking chamber (AE 7a, PLK63, K4);
- control of smoke-air mixture movement speed in smoking chamber (SE 9a, PLK63, K5).
In addition to automatic control loops, the functional diagram of the automation system includes:
- steam supply circuit to the heater to increase the temperature of the medium in the drying zone (PLK63, H 2a, HS 2b, NS 2c, actuator 2g, K3);
