1. scope of application

1.1. The process sheet was developed to replace the old coating of a soft roll roof made of ruberoid with a new one made on the basis of bituminopolymer mastic (the mastic "Anticore MPB" was adopted).

1.2. The Job Instruction defines the procedure of works execution for removal of the roofing from ruberoid that has become unusable. When installing a roofing waterproofing coating made of polymer-bitumen mastic, it is necessary to follow the Job Instruction for the mastic roof device using the bituminous mastic composition "Anticore MPB."

1.3. Properties of bituminopolymer mastic "Anticore MPB" allow to lay it on rigid bases:

- surfaces of reinforced concrete roofing slabs;

- surfaces of cement-part bracing;

- asphalt concrete bracing surfaces;

- old coatings of mastic roofs;

- old carpets of roll roofs;

- roofing of rigid asbestos cement (wavy and flat) sheets;

- roofing coatings from metal (flat and profiled) sheets.

1.4. When linking this task list to a specific object, the scope of work, calculation of work costs, and schedule of work execution are specified.

Introduction

According to the assignment for the course design, it is required to develop a process plan for the installation of a roll roof for a universal unit for nine training rooms. The working drawings for execution of the Job Instruction are the course design No. 1 on the subject "civil and industrial buildings." The building is being built in the city of Stolin, Brest Region. The main facade is oriented to the Southeast. Climatic construction area IB.

The unit is universal for nine training rooms of simple configuration in plan, has dimensions in axes 39020x15600. Floor height 3.0 m

The building is baseless, prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. Designed a building with longitudinal load-bearing walls made of brick. The thickness of the outer walls is 640 mm., The inner walls are 380, brick partitions 120, gypsum board partitions 100 mm. Masonry is carried out on cement sand mortar. Flat roll bipolycrin roof designed

The process map was developed taking into account the experience of leading construction organizations in Gomel using the current regulatory reference literature of the Republic of Belarus.

Thanks to the technologically developed map, labor intensity and general construction time are reduced. The process plan is developed taking into account safety and environmental protection.

The routing consists of the following sections:

1. Scope of Application

2. Organization and technology of the construction process

3. Organization and methods of workers' labour

4. Material and technical resources

5. Calculation of labor costs

6. Technical and economic indicators

7. Quality Control

Scope of Application

The Job Instruction has been developed for the universal unit for nine training rooms. Work is carried out in the summer at 1 shift

Organization and technology of the construction process

The Job Instruction includes operations

Cleaning the base

Steam insulation device

Installation of insulation from light cellular concrete

Surface flattening

Four-layer ruberoid device on bitumen mastic.

Protective layer device

Railing of roofs with railings.

Conclusion

The Job Instruction has been developed for the construction of a flat non-operational roll roof for a universal unit for nine training rooms in the city of Stolin, Brest Region. The building has dimensions in axes 39020x15600 mm.

During the course work, I got acquainted with the roll roofing process in detail, used regulatory documents and developed the ability to work with the Autocad program.

Mansard insulation

Why insulate attic coatings

Covering the attic should not only protect the house from atmospheric precipitation (rain, snow), but also prevent cooling of the upper floor rooms.

As is known, warm air, being lighter than cold, always rises up, so the air temperature under the ceiling is on average 2 ° C higher than in the middle of the height of the room. With the same thermal insulation capacity of the walls and roof, the heat loss through the latter will always be greater, due to the large temperature difference between the outer and inner surfaces of the attic cover. In addition, the moisture content of warm air is usually higher than that of cold air, so that condensate on the ceiling of the upper floor can be formed at higher temperatures than on the inner surface of the wall. In this regard, more stringent requirements are placed on the heat protection of roofing coatings than on the outer walls .

Heat losses through the attic are quite large, so a properly performed insulation of its coating can bring a tangible economic effect. When comparing two typical two-story houses with an area of 205 m2 with attics insulated in accordance with previous and new requirements, it was established that the modern level of heat protection allows reducing heat loss through the coating by more than 3 kW and thereby significantly reducing the power of the heating system and reducing the cost of heating the house.

Icicles hanging from the roof pose a significant danger to people. In the process of knocking down icicles, there is a high probability of damage to the roof with all the ensuing consequences .

One of the reasons for the formation of icicles in winter is the insufficient thermal insulation of the roof cover. Snow heated from below by heat passing through a poorly insulated coating begins to melt, and the water flowing from the roof turns into icicles. Only with well-made thermal insulation, icicles will not cause trouble in winter.

Requirements for thermal protection of coatings

The heat protection of enclosing structures, which include roofs, is rationed in accordance with SNII379 * Construction heat engineering (1998 issue), taking into account the average air temperature and the duration of the heating period in the construction area. In accordance with these standards, the required reduced heat transfer resistance Ro (see article Is it worth saving on insulation? http://www.knowhouse.ru/avtor/tech.html) roofing coatings for Moscow and Moscow region should be at least 4.7 m2 ° C/W .
