Introduction

Excavator-loader is designed for mechanization of earthworks in soils of category 1-4 and performance of loading works of small volumes at dispersed objects. The machine has two permanent types of working equipment: excavation and loading. The excavator can operate in a temperate climate at a temperature of -40 to + 40 0С. Depending on the installation, the reverse shovel can work as a straight one. In total, the machine can be equipped with 12 types of replaceable working equipment and working tools.

With a bucket of reverse shovels with a geometric capacity of 0.17 m3, small pits, pits with sheer walls, trenches for underground utilities, shallow channels of irrigation systems are opened.

Small bottoms are developed by bucket with geometrical capacity of 0.17 m3, embankments are erected, loading is performed.

Reclamation systems are cleaned with profile bucket.

With a grab bucket, wells are opened, trenches and channels are cleaned, various materials and rocks are loaded.

A loading ladle with a geometric capacity of 0.76 m3 is used for light grinding and loading of garbage, snow and other low density materials.

Crane suspension is used when loading and unloading piece loads, on laying pipes and installing poles.

Silks are used when loading metal chips, organic fertilizers, straw, silage, as well as piece, stacked and other cargoes.

Hydromolot and dentifrice are used to open asphalt pavement. In addition, it is possible to break into a crust of frozen soil up to 300 mm thick with a tooth ripper. Concrete coatings are opened by hydromolot, stones and frozen soil are crushed. Bulk soils are compacted with a hydraulic mill equipped with a ramming plate.

Jaw ladle with forks, performs: digging and loading of materials, layout, filling of recesses, gripping and lifting of piece and long (pipes, logs) cargoes, cleaning work. Bucket strength is increased by the addition of box beams in the area of the upper and lower edges of the bucket.

Trenches near buildings and structures are torn off by reverse shovel with displaced digging axis.

Logs and other piece materials are loaded using the grip.

Transmission

Coupling - friction, dry, single-disc,

brake is provided by drive to main wheels.

Hydraulic system description

Operating fluid - hydraulic oil VMGZ as per TU 38-101470-74

(SAE 10W/30), which allows you to operate the machine under any seasonal conditions.

Hydraulic system consists of two parallel pumps, hydraulic distributor of loader, actuating hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic distributor of excavator, tank, filter, check, safety and bypass valves, suction and pressure lines.

The system is two-stream. Operating fluid from two pumps is supplied to two pressure hydraulic lines and is supplied to hydraulic distributor 1 and 2, and depending on position of control levers to hydraulic cylinders of mechanisms or through filter for drain to tank. the following hydraulic cylinders are installed: hydraulic cylinder for lifting the loader boom, loader bucket, turning the excavator boom, outrigger, handle and excavator bucket. Spools of hydraulic distributors return to neutral position after actuation. Oil from pump H1 is supplied directly to hydraulic distributor of loader to direct hydraulic distributor and fluid is supplied from pump H2 through unloading valve 4. The discharge valve 4 returns the oil to the tank if necessary. At neutral position of slide valves of loader hydraulic distributor, operating fluid passes into hydraulic distributor 2 of excavator. At the drain to the tank the operating fluid passes through the filter. To prevent cavitation in hydraulic cylinders of loader lifting, a check valve is built in the return line. This check valve increases the pressure in the return line of the excavator and loader valve blocks .
