Description
Polarus-12 electromechanical wrench for car wheel nuts. The wrench mechanism is mounted on a trolley with two rollers, which make it easy to move it along the garage floor, and is equipped with a stop, which is the third support of the trolley, installed in the operating position. The wrench mechanism consists of a shaft with a wrench and a handle, which serves to move the shaft by hand when the wrench is installed on the wheel nut. To align the wrench with the nut, the shaft together with the wrench mechanism can move in the vertical direction when the flywheel rotates. Flywheel is fixed on traction screw installed in guide post, inside which there is nut connected to base of mechanism. To move and hold the wrench in working position, there is a handle on which the drive actuation handle is fixed. Rotation of working shaft is transmitted from pulley of electric motor through belt wedge-like gear to flywheel, shaft of which can be connected to driven shaft by means of clutch moving on splines. Wrench motor is connected to electric network by plug.
