General Data
In this project, the power supply system of the production rooms of the assembly area is considered. The object is located at:
The design of the power supply system is based on:
- Existing regulatory instruments, namely:
Rules of electrical installations devices;
Design and installation of electrical installations of residential and public buildings - SP311102003;
GOST R50 571.294 - Electrical installations of buildings;
SNiP 23 - 05 - 95 Natural and artificial lighting;
SNiP 3.05.0685 - Electrical devices;

The reliability category of the power supply system is III.
Mains voltage 380/220V.
The grounding system adopted in the project is TNS.
Load data are given on single-line diagrams of boards.
Justification of accepted power supply scheme
The project provides the device of the power supply system of power network with installation of switchboards (ShchR1) and (ShchR2), laying of the main cables feeding switchboards, the laying of group cable lines to an installation site of "boxes" the equipped automatic switches serving for connection of the power electric equipment.
Installation of perforated metal cable trays.
For installation of lighting network in newly built rooms, refer to sheet 9.1 of the graphic part of the project "Lighting network plan of new production and storage rooms."
For power supply of the lighting equipment the installation of boards of lighting (ShchO1) and (ShchO2) is provided. Lighting panels are supplied with cable lines from:
ShchO1 - from ShchR1, the automatic QF8 (16A) switch;
ShchO2 - from ShchR2, the automatic QF1 (25A) switch.
Information on the number of electric receivers, their installed and design power
The total design capacity of consumers of electrical equipment of the production shop within the project is:
63.25 kW - on ShchR1,
62.00 kW - on ShchR2.
Reliability of power supply and quality of power supply
Voltage deviations from the rated voltage at the terminals of power electric receivers and the most distant lamps of electric lighting do not exceed in normal mode
± 5%, and the maximum permissible in post-accident mode at the highest design loads - + -10 %.
Taking into account the regulated deviations from the nominal value, the total voltage losses from 0.4 kV TP buses to the most remote general lighting lamp should not, as a rule, exceed 7.5% (SP 311102003).
Voltage drop in the feeding and group lines is not exceeded by 6.4%, from GRShch0.4 of kV, to the most removed consumer.
To ensure energy saving in electrical installations, the project provides for:
-trephase input, uniform load distribution over phases
-Rational plotting of individual network elements and selection of cable section.
The electrical equipment used in this design does not affect the power supply network, which cause deviation of the power supply quality indicators specified in GOST 1310997.
Measures to provide electric power to electric receivers in accordance with the established classification in operating and emergency modes
Change of working and emergency lighting network operation of existing production premises is not provided by the project.
In the new rooms, only working lighting is provided. Emergency is not provided.
Measures for reactive power compensation, relay protection, control, automation and dispatching of the power supply system
Reactive power compensation is not provided.
List of grounding and lightning protection measures
For grounding of again projected boards ShchR1 and ShchR2, installation of the cable line of grounding from GZS (the main grounding tire) is provided.
For grounding of equipment housings, core PE of supply cables is used.
The grounding points of the special equipment are also provided, see sheet 10 of the graphic part of the project "Earthing and Potential Equalization System."
Newly mounted metal trays are grounded by means of "leashes" to existing cable trays.
The design does not envisage reconstruction of the existing grounding loop.
Power supply
All cable lines are made with LS tick cable (A). Laid along metal cable trays with cover and in PVC flexible pipes fixed on non-combustible structures of the building.
All sections of ducts are selected on the basis that the sum of sections of wires and cables calculated by their external diameters, including insulation and external shells, does not exceed: for blind ducts, 35% of the duct section in the light; for boxes with 40% openable covers.
All protection and control devices, cables and wires, sockets, lamps and other purchased products and equipment shall have appropriate certificates of conformity and fire safety.
Electricity metering
The project does not provide for reconstruction of the power metering unit.
Electric lighting
Control of room lighting under "Mezanin," as agreed with the Customer, is provided from the switch located at the entrance, axis B16.
To control lighting in the board, a magnetic starter is installed on the group line, actuated by a signal from the switch.
Grounding of all metal normally non-flowing parts of lighting equipment shall be performed by connection with additional wire "PE," which shall be connected to bus "PE" of distribution board.
Lightning protection
The project does not provide for the reconstruction of the lightning protection system of the facility. It is recommended to carry out examination and laboratory tests of the existing lightning protection system in order to determine the need for reconstruction or repair.
Organization of electrical installations operation
The electrical management system of the facility is an integral part of electrical management integrated into the object management system as a whole and shall provide:
development of the power supply system;
Effective work by increasing productivity;
improving reliability, safety and safety of equipment operation;
Updating of fixed assets through the reconstruction of the electric farm;
staff development;
supervision of technical condition of electrical installations;
supervision of compliance with operating modes specified by the power supply system.
Operation of electrical installations is carried out by trained personnel according to approved instructions.
At the site, the manager appoints the responsible person, as well as the person replacing him, to perform the functions of organizing the operation of electrical installations.
Personnel serving electrical installations are trained according to the established procedure. The person responsible for electrical management is responsible for creating safe working conditions for employees of electrical utilities and organizational and technical work to prevent cases of personnel electric shock.
Electrical safety group of the person responsible for electrical management in electrical installations with voltage up to 1000V shall be IV.
It is allowed to fulfill the duties of the responsible for the electric farm in part-time.
The number of personnel for maintenance and repair of electrical installations of buildings is determined in accordance with the recommendations of the current methodological guidelines and standards .
The limit of responsibility for the condition and maintenance of electrical installations is determined on the basis of the contract concluded between the power supply organization and the building administration and corresponds to the balance sheet.
Electrical panels for maintenance shall include:
